The world's best music player just became even better with the addition of video capability! Although the Apple iPod Video only supports MPEG-4 and H.264 video, with some effort it is possible to convert other formats such as .avi and DivX so that the ipod understands them. Just like the previous ip ...

I have had a new iPod Video 30Gb for less than 2 months. Originally, I was easily getting the 14 hour battery life, but as the weeks have passed, this has dropped down to less than 5 hours. Considering this is Apple's latest generation iPod Video, that's not good. I had read reports of bad batter ...

I got my 30GB Apple iPod Video in black on Xmas day, it's very simple to use with the exception of trying to download video. The screen froze once, same thing happened to a friend and he said press and hold the centre and menu button at the same time. It worked and I have not had the problem since. ...

Things that make you go 'Hmm'. Fooled by the advertising, the popularity of the iPod (40 million sold!!?) and the excellence of iTunes on the PC, I invested nearly £300 in an iPod 60GB.

Just 6 days after starting to use it it failed. The website/software back-up is very poor, but Apple's at ...

I think the 30GB Video iPod's are pretty pricey. I'd wait before grabbing one right away, as the next addition will be much better.

I love my new (black) iPod Video that I got for Christmas. It is thin, and easy to carry around. The only bad thing is you have to buy an AC adaptor to charge it at the wall socket. If you don't buy the AC adaptor you have to charge it on your Computer. I haven't figured out how to download songs fr ...

I know some techno geeks say that iPods are for fashionistas, but the iPod Video is fantastic as far as I'm concerned.

It is ridiculously slim and stylish (mine is sexy black), and it has pretty much everything I need. It syncs perfectly with iTunes on my iBook, and loading and editing its conten ...

I got my Apple iPod Video/MP3 player on Christmas day so I was very happy as you can imagine. I think that it's very easy to use, but putting videos on it is a bit of a hassle. If you want want to put videos on your iPod be prepared to download Quicktime Pro (£20) which converts your videos in ...

I have been an Apple Mac owner and user for nearly fifteen years. We have 1st, 2nd generation and mini iPod's - all are faithful daily servants, but the 30GB Apple iPod Video in black is simply the best yet. Get your hands on one while you can.

The Apple iPod Video is the worst MP3 player ever!!

My screen has cracked after just 2 days, and I am gutted. I spent my hard earned cash on an overpriced piece of rubbish!!

The music quality isn't even as good as a CD. It also scratches very easily. If this thing is in your pocket with your l ...
