    Flew from Belfast to Tenerife using First Choice's charter service. Flights were on time, but journey was pretty noisy as some of the staff were trying to sell something for hours.

    Brilliant! I haven't flown in 25 years and it was a good experience. In flight entertainement was good. No delay, no problems.

    I will fly with First Choice again, but not further than 3hrs 20 min this was quite enough. The seating was awful, good job colour schemes don't cause travel illness. The Crew were pleasant, efficient and friendly. I felt sorry for them actually all they had to do, but obviously no time to do it in. ...

    Although I don't like flying anyway, I believe the First Choice Airlines crew could have been better. I would use the airline again on short European flights as I book by cost factor, but I think customer relations should be improved.

    Flew to Lanzarote with first choice which cost more than a flight to new York on Virgin. No leg room and the staff are constantly up and down all the flight bumping you. Pointless questionnaire, everything had sold out, food was expensive. Staff were friendly though as was the info from the pilots. ...

    We booked a holiday to Orlando with First (now LAST) Choice departing from Glasgow on 13th July 2008.     I would never fly with this company again. Until they train there staff better in customer service. My Choice crew in my eyes need to go on the Mary Gober customer training course.
    First Choice management please see into this .

    As an airline, they are okay, but its the niggling faults that stick in the memory.

    I would not recommend them despite the good check-in staff. Hours of waiting even when things are running ok. No reps for us to see, no offers of help at the crucial time of extreme difficulty, cramped seating, some sloppy crew service - both ways. I've never before seen a senior steward bidding us ...
