Check in fast and efficient. Booked first choice never had problem before this time had a Thomson plane, awful squashed, hot, not enough leg room and definitely not if you have a child on your lap. Would not book first choice again unless we had a first choice plane.

Better than other charter flights or low cost airlines and beats many regular airlines like Lufthansa, Air France or American Airlines in friendliness, quality of food food and service.
