I would never fly with this company again. Until they train there staff better in customer service. My Choice crew in my eyes need to go on the Mary Gober customer training course.

As an airline, they are okay, but its the niggling faults that stick in the memory.

I would not recommend them despite the good check-in staff. Hours of waiting even when things are running ok. No reps for us to see, no offers of help at the crucial time of extreme difficulty, cramped seating, some sloppy crew service - both ways. I've never before seen a senior steward bidding us ...

Our flight taking off from London Gatwick 30.06.08 was delayed for approx 1 hour due to planes being swapped. Booked extra leg room seats which we did get. We got upgraded because of this to premium economy because the plane we had, had this class so everyone who had paid for extra leg room seats ...

To be fair could not fault, have flown with first choice before and are always ok not much leg room but hey aren't most charter flights? Food was ok and crew pretty good.
A good as can be expected charter airline (had worse)

We flew from Dublin to Reus in June. The flight was on time and cabin crew couldn't have been nicer, they gave us 3 extra empty seats across from us to move to with our baby who slept across two all the way. Over all First Choice Fligths in general I find better than most, would do Premire Class again if it was the right price, its just the crew on the return that spolit it a bit, I've sent an email to first choice to advise them as I don't think the crew handed out any questionnaires.
