I get broadband speed of 7.6mbps out of 8mbps and it's cheaper than most providers. I have access to online billing and customer services has been helpful when I've been in contact with them. Even the technical support team responded to my query within 48 hours and the information was bang on.

As far as I am aware they have not yet replied to my emails even though its been agreed with the high level compliance team, account still active even though I no longer receive bb from them, I do not recommend Toucan.com broadband to anyone!

I was with them for 12 months, I should have left earlier I feel, Random disconnects in my experience, limiting max speed to under 2M as far as I am aware, when my new ISP has me at 3.5 on the same line. Throttle speeds on P2P, Torrents and full stop on Usenet DLS!Slow speed in my experience. Due to my experience I do not recommend Toucan Broadband as I feel I have not experienced any good points about this internet provider.

Toucan Broadband wasn't great when I joined, but it gave me reasonable broadband and low cost mobile phone as a sweetener.
But in the last couple of months it sank to ridiculous levels. Changing the customer service phone numbers and now charging for their use!
