This is not the first site you've posted this complaint to. As per our responses to your other rants, we're sorry you ran into problems, but we really did try to help you.

You couldn't figure out how to assemble your item, and we emailed you to offer you personal, step by step support, which you ignored.

You then decided you wanted a refund, we left a voicemail to arrange, which you ignored for almost 2 weeks.

We finally arranged a collection, only for you to say you no longer want it with some rant about pizza (?!?) on Facebook, and that you'll keep the item.

If you change your mind and want to get this resolved, we are still happy to help.

I paid extra for Saturday delivery (I ordered several days before the cut-off too) and wasted all day waiting for my delivery. It never came. Now I have the prospect of trying to retrieve my cash. I apologise for the failed delivery on the Saturday and that you wasted a day.

Your refund certainly shouldn't take 30 days. We process refunds within 2 working days.

If you receive the correct products you'll be fine. If you need a refund they state they'll get back to you and resolve your problem in 5 working days. 3 months on, I'm still waiting. They state you'll get a refund in 30 days, 3 months on I'm still waiting. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've sent them approximately 20 emails and had not one response. If you've sent 20 emails and not had a single reply, it would seem likely that we're not receiving them. We reply to every email, none are ignored.

You really don't reply to every email..... i think you should check that statistic, i have a few unanswered. it seems you pick and choose what and what not to reply to... and as for calling you... your staff are complete drips... i work in customer service myself and never would i ever treat a paying customer - whom may i add keep your company in profit - the way you have treat people on here.

I've had no problem with this company so can't understand the bad reviews. I read them before buying so took a chance and glad I did. I bought the confidence elliptical cross trainer 69.99 which was delivered the next day as stated, although this was at 7.30pm. Good value for money and only took me and my partner 45 mins to put together. Works great and the only power needed is the batteries for the display which are also provided as an extra bonus. I can only say that you have been extremely lucky. The service I personally received from this company was zero. Perhaps the fact that your item was delivered and in good working order meant that you didn't have to deal with their Customer Service department, which is what the majority of the complaints are about.
Personally, I still wouldn't recommend the company to friends and family just in case they aren't one of the lucky few.
Glad you had a successful transaction - my son's birthday was without gifts because of this company, despite me ordering 4 weeks prior to it.

i ordered a pull up bar at 15:45 and payed extra for next day delivery. i received no contact from them, so rang them the next day as i was waiting in for it. I ordered a Christmas and birthday present on 1st December, giving plenty of time for delivery. The golf shoes have never arrived and the golf score counter was damaged. Ordered items and paid for next day delivery on Boxing Day. Only states order before 4 for next day delivery, nothing in small print to indicate that it would not be delivered if ordering on a bank holiday. Spoke to a man who was rude and unhelpful and did not seem to care. Totally agree his same thing happened to me however I have still not had my money back. Like yourself I saw a deal for a society and decided to buy. I again have used them on numerous occasions before but am very unlikely to do so again. This morning I received one of the items on the order and had not been told I would do so. I requested a full refund and they decided to send me something yesterday post dated the 8th. If they can send it this fast surely they can refund similarly quickly..... Total farce!

This my follow-up to "shambles" eventually I have received a refund for the value of the missing shirt but not the postage so I did lose out by £2.99 but to be honest I'm pleased this is over. Will never use this company again.

Do not use this website. The company charged my credit card 4 days after cancelling an order. I cancelled when it became apparent the order wasn't going to arrive in the promised delivery time. I spoke to an advisor on the live chat of thesportshq after I placed an order before 2pm which I paid extra for next day delivery and the item was not dispatched that day so wasn't going to arrive the next day. I was amazed how rude and unhelpful he was and we spent around 30 minutes arguing over a £3 refund for the next day delivery service which they had not provided.
