After reading all the bad reviews online i started to regret my purchase of a treadmill. I ordered the treadmill the day before christmas eve which was a friday and because i live in dublin the delievery could take up to 8 working days. Waste of time! Customer service 0 out of 10 rude, Unhelpful. I Got two bags and a iPhone case all good product wise ex from my first order I did not get a email conferming order so I called them up a day latter they said there is nothing on the system for this order or my name they advised to buy again so I did week latter two of the same orders came and I was charged for both I called to ask for a refund they said they can only refund once the item is back. I don't normally write reviews but I feel compelled to after having dealings with this crowd! If I could give no stars I would. I bought one of their electric golf trolleys in late August 2010. It developed an electrical fault in June of this year and was sent back for repair. I recently ordered some golf clubs from Sports HQ for my son for christmas. After buying the item I was horrified to see lots of negative reviews posted on the web. How wrong could I have been! I purchased a Stowamatic Titanium Gt Electric golf trolley ( Endorsed by Ian Woosnam ) in June 2010. After about 3 months, the power became intermittent i.e. sometimes it would respond to the power control and sometimes it would not. Sounds like you've had a nightmare there. Although as a golfer myself, I would never purchase a \"cheap\" electric trolley as they never last long and the build quality simply wont be there. I'd recommend trying to purchase a second hand powercaddy or motocaddy if you can find one. Good luck with the customer service.

Hi, I had similar problems with a golf trolley and I am in the process of getting a refund (after my warranty expired). I would write to them stating the goods are not fit for purpose and that you want a refund. Take them to the small claims, have a look online for Letter of intent and you'll find info and templates on what to do. The guarantee is not worth the paper it was written on and you do have rights to have this refunded! Consumer Direct is a good place to get help. Good luck!

Ordered 2 sets of bright red ABS suitcases. Promptly received 2 sets of Burgundy suitcases in boxes labelled 'Red' On examination all four were found to have serious cracks/splits (and in one item a snapped mounting screw) around the carrying handle mounts. Could there be a worse location for luggage defects? The e-mail reply to my fault report required that I submit photographic evidence '..to speed things up.' Seriously if you're thinking of buying from this crowd, just don't! The offers look good on the website that's as good as it gets. They don't do business very reliably. I contacted them a week after placing an order through amazon, they couldn't even locate the order number, I ended up cancelling the order through amazon and directly to them after a week with no dispatch, 48 hours after the cancellation I got an email to say the order had been dispatched. I returned a £500 bike shortly after ordering it as the sizing was wrong for me. The bike was fine, and was returned in perfect working order as per their returns policy. The bike was then LOST by their courier and they farted about for ages (6 weeks), never returned calls, passed me off with excuses, ignored my requests to talk to the manager, until i contacted the small claims court and wrote them a letter about it - then GUESS WHAT? When we first got the cross trainer we were happy due to price although it looked cheap thought we couldn't complain for the money but then the footrest broke within 3 months. Absolutly rubbish customer service we then had to wait for weeks after chasing TheSportsHQ (supplier) every week before they could obtain spares from China. My elderly father purchased the Stowamatic Electric Golf Trolley from SportsHQ for my 50th birthday in June 2010. As he purchased it in April to be organised, the guarantee started then, even though I didn't start using til July.
