Have both the first generation Apple iPod Nano (4gb) and now the new metal 4gb one. Both are great however the old Nano has about an hours battery life and the new one really does seem to have 24 hours. First one was covered up due to the horror stories about the screen and scratches. The new one i ...

The new iPod nano is absolutely fantastic. One of the first thing I noticed when I took it out of apples brilliant new packaging was the sleek design. The new rounded style makes it much more comfortable to hold and it doesn't need cleaning every time you use it (like the old style nano which was a ...

It is a very nice piece of kit, but i realized that it isn't for me. The memory is good but not enough for people with lots of music. Many people buy the 40gb or the 60gb and then transfer their whole music collection on to it. The shop i got it from were understanding and replaced it with no proble ...

I agree, I updated my iPod and the songs automatically vanished. I made the same mistake twice and regretted it as I lost over 800 songs and had to put all of them back on to the darn machine. What's worse it that iTunes wouldn't even recognize the machine so I had to do the setup and all the proced ...

I received this mp3 player as a gift 3 weeks ago. I really love it because it's tiny, it easily fits in your wallet or purse and has enough space. I don't know how anyone can use 2GB of music - maybe if you're on the road for days and want to listen only to the music on your iPod. The only thing tha ...

I have owned a couple of MP3 players before, but I always steered clear of the iPod for some reason. I got the impression Apple were a very faceless company who cared more about looks than performance.

A friend of mine let me try out his 30Gb iPod and I was very impressed with the sound quality. ...

Absolutely, stupidly fast delivery. I ordered mine on Sunday night at 11pm and had it engraved, by Tuesday morning it had arrived by courier direct from Apple. C'mon Apple, tell us where you're hiding your time machine!! Anyway, the 2nd Gen iPod Nano is a BIG step up from the 1st Gen. Firstly, the c ...

Be prepared to loose your music when you least expect it. It appears that the geniuses at Apple think it is totally acceptable to wipe out all your tunes for a lousy update. Then, as if that wasn't enough, iTunes (Windows XP) will fail to recognize the recently updated unit.

    I've returned my Appl ...

I ordered my iPod Nano MP3 player on release date from www.apple.com. I knew I was taking a gamble. I had just got an iPod Mini 4 weeks earlier, and it already had a damaged hard drive. 1 Week later I got my Nano from the UPS guy, and I have been happy ever since I got it. My only gripe is the games ...

My iPod Nano is white, but it is still 4Gb. I got mine as a replacement for my old Mini, because I liked the way the regular iPod's look, and I got it at a good price. I have a relative who works for Chevron. Yes, the big oil company. They get a discount on all Apple products, so I had my relative b ...
