    At slimming world you can eat proper food...and lots of it if you get it right. This works its just changing the way you eat too basics really. I really like the method of slimming world and would recommend it to friends of mine.

    Hello there!Just had my 2nd weigh in and was CONVINCED i had lost but put on pound. So, so peeved as I had stuck to the plan and kept a food diary. I lost 4 pounds the 1st week. Anyone have any suggestion??

    My main reason for joining slimming world was for my wedding in summer 2007. I managed to lose over 3 stone and loved it, even getting in to the wedding dress of my dreams :) everyone noticed how much I had lost and how good I looked. To be honest I felt like a million dollars.

    A good example of slimming world, if you are unsure as to what its about. Explained well about the eating plan, I liked the fact that an example of a red and green day were given, with the syns etc included
