123-Reg took about 300quid for a rake of .es domain names then never registered them.
I have documentary proof of this including their dated invoices.

unfortunately i hadn't seen this review site before buying,123-Reg have terrible web templates and i can't change them - thats more than enough to make me leaveterms and conditions call you can not get a refund :(

123-Reg customer service is of the worst i have encountered. Spent a fortune on phone bills trying to clear up a bill i was sent. Every time i phoned i spoke to different people where i had to explain the problem over and over again. Took over two months to get the problem sorted.

123-Reg is a great company for domain names (I've not tried their other services). People usually only write these reports if they have had complaints or problems. They are usually very biased. Perhaps this will put the record a bit straight
