The quote process was pretty good through confused.com which brought up Swift as being the cheapest.Did not decide to go ahead because the cover was not as comprehensive as what I have been used to, [Churchill] whose customer service has been quick and readily insure garages courtesy cars for no ext ...

I have been bowled over by the excellent service I have received which is completely at odds with some of the comments on this site. My wife had an accident and scraped the car and within 3 hours of reporting it to a charming and helpful handler (who gave me a choice of VW approved repairers to use) ...

I was recently involved in a rather frightening accident in which I ended up being hit by another driver. Some twenty minutes later (and still in shock) I called Swiftcover to put the wheels into motion. Before I knew it swift had decided, based on a ten minute phone call where I spoke very little s ...

Great if you need a cover note. RUBBISH if you ever make a claim. Appear to do all they can not to pay out on claims. One way of achieving the cheap premiums.

I had a non fault accident and contacted swiftcover but was told that i would have to pay the policy excess before anything further could be done. I have never had this occur with any other insurer and was amazed at swiftcover's procedure.

Swiftcover Insurance review - I was involved in a relatively complex accident in mid-January, but which was ultimately caused by a van driver changing lanes a few feet in front of me and braking. At first glance it would appear to be my fault, as I hit the back of the van, but a witness statement fr ...

Apologies if this is clipped but there's lots so I've done it for brevity:
My car was stolen in January and recovered three weeks later. I was told it had been assessed and was being written off. I let my insurance lapse only to be told three weeks later they had changed their mind! For your own sa ...

I feel exhausted after a non-fault accident. Car deemed a total loss as repair cost exceeded value of car - although if insurance companies recommend dealerships then what do you expect! Once a settlement was made 'less any outstanding premium'... I discovered I would be paying nearly £200 fo ...
