Their website is quick and easy to access, but the claims department simple doesn't reply to your emails or phone calls. My case with Swiftcover car insurance has been going on for the past 4 month, and I have only just got information from the third party insurance.

Have to wait some time for reply to emails, and if you have to ring, then there is also a long wait. THEY DO NOT COVER COURTESY CARS. So if yours goes into service or mechanical repair and the garage will not insure the courtesy car, you are stuffed.

Swiftcover car insurance have a good system an ...

I switched my car insurance to Swiftcover earlier this year, and I was very pleased with it.

A few days ago I was forced to switch cars at short notice.

The evening before the switch I logged on to my account, and after digging around a bit, I found how to change vehicles. I made the change on ...

Swiftcover is the cheapest car insurance quote that I had, however, they have the most appalling customer service and are next to useless if you have an accident and need to make a claim. Their record keeping is abysmal and you will find that they rarely will call you back or keep you updated if you ...

I called Swiftcover car insurance after I had accident. Basically, I was told by Swift that I'd be better off contacting the other persons insurance myself, as it would be easier. They would only agree to a repair at a cheap garage or Ford (my Car is a BMW). I was told to arrange a replacement car m ...

Swifcover car insurance was the cheapest quote received on confused.com. Someone reversed into me and my car had to go in for repairs. Swiftcover.com wouldn't provide me with a replacement car, despite the fact I had taken out and paid for the courtesy car option. When I complained formally they apo ...

Swift car insurance was the cheapest quote I had by far. The system was easy to use and quick. When making a phone call to them, the staff were very helpful, and I would recommend anyone to get a quote from them and see just how much you could save on your car insurance.

I got car insurance from Swiftcover last year. My wife had an accident and this company provided us with a 3 door car, while knowing that we have a 2 year old child. They will not provide a 5 door 1 litre car because it was costing them £4 or £5 extra per day. Very bad customer services ...

Swiftcover car insurance is good for price, but bad if you have an accident. Also, they don't arrange insurance when your car goes in for service, and you use a loan car. You have to arrange insurance yourself. They don't make this clear when you take out the insurance. I will be going back to a mor ...

I found Swiftcover car insurance after going through Confused.com. The system was so easy to use, and I was really pleased not to receive shed loads of paperwork but have it all stored on my computer to be printed off as and when needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking f ...
