I looked around and cover looks much the same whoever you buy it from but Swift were £40 cheaper than my previous insurer (Post Office) and their website is really easy to use. I called their help line with a question andgot straight through and was pleased to hear that it's in the UK. I would ...

Bought the insurance on the web site. It was easy user friendly and easy to purchase. Any queries I had were answered directly on the website.

None, although I did not have to claim.

This is the third policy I have purchase over the last two years and I have never had a problem.

You get what you pay for. I just hope I don't have put a claim in this next year - their administration systems and procedures are appalling. I was with Privilege Insurance and only switched because of the cheaper quote. Mistake. Hopefully swiftcover will tarnish AXA's generally good reputation to s ...

Where do I start. I got Swiftcover cover as it covered missed departures, but when I tried to claim after being held up in motorway traffic for over three hours I was told that I could not claim, as I was not in an accident myself! I had to then pay over £300 for another flight.
    They have un ...

Having compared the alternatives they were the cheapest on a like for like basis of any insurer. The buying process is simple and I actually did call their help team just to check what their service was like and got through without a delay. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and UK ba ...

The price and level of cover is good with Swiftcover travel insurance. Not only was it the cheapest I could find, but it covered me for everything I needed, and a lot more. Oh, and the website was quick and easy to use too.

If you're going backpacking, then definitely check them out. My insurance ...

Swiftcover offered annual worldwide travel insurance cover for the lowest amount I could find. The website was quick and easy to use too.

I claimed for a stolen MP3 player, and I had no problems getting a replacement from them.

I would have liked the opportunity to speak to someone if I wante ...

I bought an annual travel insurance policy for my wife and family for £42 from Swiftcover! The website was very simple to use, and I bought the policy in under 3 minutes, so I guess you could say the site was quick!
