    I ordered a 1Gb SD card from Directfoto Express Film Service for £8.99 on 22/03/07. After two weeks, it had not been delivered, so I asked them to cancel my order.

    23/03/07, I received an email saying that the order had been cancelled, and a refund would be via my credit card.

    If they cannot deal with a small order I wouldn't risk placing an order for something expensive.

    Very disillusioned with company and their failure to have anything resembling customer service.

    Will never use them again.

    I tried to buy some rechargeable batteries from Directfoto Express, as they seemed to have the best deal around. The credit card payment went through smoothly, but my order was nothing delivered, even after their 7 - 14 days delivery time period.

    We had just been on a wonderful holiday and sent away for a lot of prints which we wanted to send to our friends.

    When we received the prints, we were horrified at how awful they were! People's faces were green, sand came out red, the sky, which was a lovely blue on holiday, was purple !

    Directfoto Express Film Service - Bought 4 bottles of cartridge flush which they billed in full against my credit card.

    What was delivered was ONE bottle with a compliment slip saying a full cheque refund was enclosed (which referred to another compliment slip with the words "Credit Note" typed w ...
