Memory ordered Nov 07, 5 emails notify them not received, none answered as of yet and later ones deleted unread. No reply to letter, customer support helpline either engaged or "unable to take calls" when I have tried to get through.Stewart

Just like other reviewers Direct Foto have my money too.

I ordered DS travel cases on 30 Nov for Christmas to be told that they are now discontinued (after I chased them for non-delivery). I have had 3 replies to my 8 e-mails with promises of a refund. Nearly 5 weeks later and no refund.
