“Terrible company ”

I attempted to buy a shelving unit which was in 2 pieces, whilst trying to buy it the right side increased by £125, I contacted customer service by email and had no reply. I checked prices again in the morning and the left side had now also increased,, I called customer services and was told by Fernando (manager) i need to pay the prices that’s now advertised, that’s £250 extra. Neither item we’re on sale, it was just regular prices and they increased them by £125 each. Terrible pricing and terrible customer services. They are not interested!!!

“Poor”

Absolutely awful. I made an order in December and was told it would be with me between 11-15 January. I received an email informing me of a delay and I should expect the package on 16 Jan. I am still waiting and when I complained on 18 Jan I was told it would take three days to respond to my complaint. This is now the fourth day and I had to chase them to find out what has happened and I was told they are still investigating. Poor Customer Service really

I am surprised at so many bad reviews, it actually nearly made me cancel my order but I am so glad that I didn't. I have only purchased from Look again once and I can honestly say that their customer service was excellent! I used the chat facility on my order conformation email, they responded immediately TWICE as I got cut off during the first chat (due to me receiving a call), they were fully aware of my order and answered my queries immediately and politely and my order was actually delivered a day early. I honestly could not have received a better service and felt the need to write a review due to negative comments I have seen.

“I ordered a nintendo switch for a christmas present,...”

I ordered a nintendo switch for a christmas present, was given a date, on the day conducted a live chat, was told would be delivered on that day, it did not arrive, phoned customer services that evening, was told there was a short delay, a couple of days. Did another live chat when still hadnt arrived, was told would have to be investigated incase had been lost, would take 3 days, chased after 3 days, was told would take 5 days, chased again and complained, after endless emails and chats finally received a call from complaints to be told that every agent had said the wrong thing to me, the item was never in stock, due to be delivered, delayed or lost, they just didnt have it!!! DO NOT USE THEM

Shocked at so many bad reviews. Never had any issues. Goods always delivered. Except once were it was stolen by the neighbour after courier told not to leave it there and I was refunded. Won't use any other home shopping catalogue. Started with a 100 credit limit which has increased now to 400 after 6 months. Low monthly payments interest can be high sometimes but what do you expect when your shopping on credit. Always delivered when expected.

“Terrible ”

Ordered earphones. Delivery between 17th and 22nd, Nothing is here, do i went on chat to be informed that my order was deleyed and may be delivered on 13th NEXT MONTH. Did not get any information about delay. First and last purchase on that website. Awful experience. Oh and cancelling is a process and refund may take up to few days....wonder if that's going to be delayed...

“Use Promotional Discount Offers wisely or don't bother”

I received an offer of £25 off my first order of £50.00 +. Ordered an item valued at £50 - not suitable, so I returned and ordered an alternative. Upshot - I lost the voucher in the process.MY ADVICE IS- IF YOU RECEIVE ONE OF THESE VOUCHERS MAKE SURE YOU ORDER LOADS OF ITEMS SO YOU MAY AT LEAST BE ABLE TO KEEP ONE. OTHERWISE ITS NOT ON

bought an I item from this company which was not cheap ,costing £60 plus. Sent it back because it was faulty and although I had proof of posting I have not received a penny, or an explanation.

after being with this LOOK AGAIN 20+ years i am extremely disappointed with their attitude to the people that keep them afloat financially..each week i am sent though my email, offers of the week, with my account number on it, i also entered a competition that they were running each month, last year. now that i decided i would like to spend my commission and place a substantial order, they suddenly could not find my account.they needed my name, address, account number, and date of birth..AND ADVISED ME TO OPEN A PERSONAL ACCOUNT..they had all these as it turned out, as when i disputed their actions all of a sudden out of nowhere they were able to access my account..as with others they stated due to inactivity they closed my account ..inactivity does just not mean to place an order perhaps someone should get them a dictionary with the commission they have been taking "" could be a solid gold edition"", from other review i have read about their backhanded dealings..""even banks contact you when an account is inactive for a while to see if you would like to close it, and send you any monies that are left in your account""..their latest reply to this issue is to stop sending me offers each week through my email hoping to get rid of me. I WILL be taking this matter further as these people seem to be closing old commission accounts down,to raid them for profit, nice work if you can get away with it ...STEER CLEAR OF THEM, they are now ignoring my emails.

I contacted them to find out how to claim my Commission which amounted to approx £97.00. I could not believe the response I got back. "As I had not purchased anything in over a year and in line with their Terms & Conditions, my commission had been removed". This is My Commission which I had earned over the years. Is it my fault that when you want items urgently their delivery times are 2 weeks or more, or they never seem to have your size. I also think that the catalog has lost its Edge. No longer the On Trend market leader in Catalog shopping. Suffice to say I will not be purchasing anything from them ever again!!!!!

“commision”

I feel very cheated by look again after writing them to cancel my account and request payment of commission due to me. One statement said I had £165 commission-after writing them the next statement stated £0.00.I contacted them and was told as the account had been inactive for more than 6 months commission was forfeited !!!!! what!!! I was told this as in their terms and they were under no obligation to inform me as the account slipped into inactivity. What a way to treat loyal customers who have been with them years-can't that can get away with this. People be aware of this nothing more than robbery.

After my new PJ bottoms that I purchased from another retailer fell apart after 2 weeks wear I needed to find a replacement. I managed to not only get the same bottoms but a top too and for £2 less than just the bottoms due to the sales. I had to pay £3.99 postage though but that was all forgotten after receiving the order so fast. I ordered at 16:16 yesterday and my package was through the letter box before I made it home today. Couldn't have asked for a faster service. Well done Look Again.

Lookagain is an utterly disgusting catalouge rip off !! Been with them 2 years never missed payment my limit went up to 500 ordered up to 400 pounds worth my last order was may 2015 and just checked my account i only have 31 pound available on my credit they slap huge amounts of intrest on constantly paying my bill but no benefits from it stay well clear !!!!

Internet Super Highway robbers! Charged £7.98 for returning an order because it didn't fit. That's right, returned the goods as soon as received and charged for the privilege of looking at them and finding they didn't fit. Never heard of any other company doing this. Not nice people to deal with. First and last order.

“Not received order”

Keep away I ordered a jumper tracking said it was delivered I never received it, but they have charged me for reported it they said the would investigate but very poor when phoned up had explain several times that I did not receive it but no body seemed to get, now have told me I have to Wright to them, 35.99 billed for something didn't receive very poor customer service

“Is this website genuine?”

I am very dissatisfied with this company ordered a garment on the 19th of May and have still not received it when I placed the order it showed in stock on this website and delivery within 9 days it is now the8th of June and I am told it is now out of stock if this company is genuine it needs to get its act together and at my suggestion very quickly

How long is a piece of string? Sorry not very helpful I know, but then neither is Look Again! I placed an order and thought I'd done so opening an account online. It took weeks to finally get a letter through saying my application to open the account had been refused and the order had been cancelled. When I queried it further it turned out it was an error with their system that caused the rejection of my account being opened, not any reflection on me and my credit rating or anything. They ended up opening the account for me, even though by then I was past caring as the order had been for items to take on holiday and it was too late! Sorry I can't be more helpful with specific timings, but if you're looking for a reliable answer my advice would be to shop elsewhere cos sadly you won't get it from Look Again. If you're happy to put up with the hassles of shopping with them, try calling them maybe, no doubt it will be a premium rate number to call their customer services though.

My account took around 2 weeks to be opened, if you don't meet the criteria to order the items you have chosen they may completely cancel your order and account request or they may apply a lower credit limit (usually £100), you can see if this is the case by looking at you account.

The confusing thing is i made an order with them and applied for a personal account. A few days later they sent me a letter out in the post asking me to sign a credit agreement and send it back. I did that. Then I got another email asking to send identification, so I did. They have now emailed me saying my account will be active from tomorrow onwards. What does this mean? Have I been accepted?

When I opened my account I didn't have to provide any ID, I did receive a Credit Agreement to sign and return though. Perhaps you're not on the Electoral Roll and that's why but I don;t know whether you have been accepted but if they've gone to all the trouble of asking you for details I suspect you have been approved.
