Appalling, i've spoken to about 3 people on it in months of being on there. Its very hard to see the latest users so you usually end up finding people who haven't logged on for months. I joined Parship a year ago for one month only but have just found out that they have been debiting my credit card for a year - consequently I have lost a lot of money. They have been extremely arrogant and scathing in their email replies to me and cannot be contacted by phone.

Appalling service
Parship are still taking money out of my account even though I have not been able to activate it for 4 months. In total I've spent over £100 on a service I could only use for 3 months. Awful.

Has anyone managed to track down a phone no?!!! I need to cancel the subscription ...

www.parship.co.uk is a shockingly bad website which seems to be forever crashing.

If you do persist in creating a profile, you are then unable to view the pictures of potential matches (unless ofcourse you pay to become a member)

They`re more interested in taking your money than offering a quality ...

not a good service at all, there appears to be very little activity on this site unlike others, although it looks good on the face of it. Parship has abysmal customer support,
- no way of talking to a human,
- very few matches,
- lots of emails in various languages,
- sometimes the website was in german or contained german words
- what I consider a 'setup' contact that encouraged me to renew my membership,
- and the final insult, ...
