Rubbish, cant really say any more than that. I was hit from behind over 6 weeks ago. I have now been advised that apparently the accident was my fault. Would not recommend or use AA Car Insurance again.

AA Car Insurance have a very poor customer service. did not send me renewal quote even when i asked for one. would not use them again.

I had a no fault accident in October, a women flew into me when I was sitting at junction. Car totally written off and smashed up. Had broken teeth, severe seat belt bruising, knee injury and then found out I had because of the accident gallstones lodged in my bile duct and ended up in hospital ...

being extremly accident prone, my insurance is very high anyway, but found the aa was the cheapest, ( £2.500) full comp, and the highest excess u can get, i thought i was covered, oh what a shame, that wasnt true, having had three accidents in three years, all not my fault, not once did i get ...

Really rubbish customer service. Although the cost of the insurance was cheaper than other qoutes, which is why I accepted it, the value for money in relation to customer service is very poor. After having taken out my AA policy onlyf ourdays ago, I am cancelling it!

The AA Car Insurance price was good but a month on and still i have not had my documents which is a real pain as I need them to tax the car , endless waiting on the phone to no avail still no documents and still a month later I can not use the car for no tax !

Of all the call centres I have had to ring the AA is by far the worse. I tried to ring on Saturday to add my son to my insurance. I had to sit through the sales pitch then was cut off. All in all a good service with the company. When I phone for a query to my policy the staff are always quick to advise me correctly, even though they do try and sell a few things on the call, this is to be expected these days.
