Too good to be true. Its really easy to use. I developed a horrible rash by the end of the day EVERYWHERE I APPLIED IT. All over my legs and arms. Have had to stay home from work today with cold compress towels on my skin to calm it down. Nightmare… Read Full Review

I prefer a more noticeable tan so this wasn't for me, again like the Dove this dried quite wet as I always apply overnight, didn't really notice any colour difference even with the Medium, Dark and I couldn't be bothered to keep applying it and applying it for minimal colour!… Read Full Review

Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion, I love it. It used to leave me with a couple of patches and streaks however now none it seems to be improved! But I might be better at applying it. If I am going out for the night I just lather it on, blot excess with a towel on ankles and elbows then leave it to soak in… Read Full Review

I was using it before I went on holiday and started using it 3 weeks before i went. I was loving my new tan but a week before i went i broke out in a skin allergy all over my legs! i rang the pharmacy who told me to jump in the shower and ex foliate the lotion off then put soothing aloe vera gel on and if that doesn't help take some anti histamines. Its been 3 days and i leave in 7 and there has been no change i really hope it goes away before i go!… Read Full Review

My husband and I have been using Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion for a few years now.
It's easy to use and doesn't leave streaky marks. The colour isn't harsh even with the darkest cream. It leaves a light healthy glow - which means - our sun bed days are over! Definitely recommended… Read Full Review

Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion took a couple days to get a little bit tanned look and then the whole thing washed off which isn't good for those that shower everyday like me and is streaky. This was the first ever fake tan i tried and i found it wasn't that good i wouldn't recomend it… Read Full Review

I have used the product from its very earliest stages and recommended it to so many people. I will now be unable to use it due to its powerful perfume. I am unable to use perfumed products due too suffering migraines from perfumes. So disappointed. Why did they change something working so well?… Read Full Review

I think the smell of Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion is so awful I washed it off immediately after applying it. I thought there was something wrong with this bottle but apparently other people are finding the same thing. I won't ever again waste my time and money on this one!… Read Full Review

As a man I find the product easy to use. Only really use it on my face...mid life crisis. I find it does not smell but can leave the skin looking slightly oily. I have been using it for a while now and I have just bought a new bottle at £1.99! This new bottle seems to work a lot quicker and more effective than my last bottle. I presume that there may be a short shelf life to the product?
Still using it. It is a great cheap and quality product. I use the fair skin product and there is little… Read Full Review

Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion was very easy to apply, smelt nicer than other products and gave a wonderful light tan overnight!
If you have pale skin this product is the one you should use, it doesn't turn your skin orange… Read Full Review

The effect of Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion is good if applied carefully although it tends to leave streaks around ankles areas. I find the smell is awful and if applied at night keeps me awake, rather like dead fish smell and very unpleasant.
I think there could be an improvement on the 'perfume' side of this lotion… Read Full Review

I used Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion years ago and it smelt as bad as all the rest. I bought it recently - there seem to be loads of different types but they all seem to do the same thing. Anyway I had to wash it off after 20 mins because I thought I might be physically sick it smelt so bad - like old chip fat - very weird smell. I had to throw it away… Read Full Review

I am a new self-tanner, and I saw Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion on the shelves in a really nice presented bottle, and thought to myself, hey, why not, it was only £4.99. When I got home, I applied it on myself. When you apply this on I could see no colour. Around 3 hours later I started to see a nice, even colour developing. I applied this every other day, as to not get so tangoed. I strongly recommend this product, and will be buying more… Read Full Review

This tan ruined my holiday, i got a nice spray tan before i left and thought i would use this to top up my colour as my spray tan faded! I was left with large patches of orange streak all over my legs, i had to get my boyfriend to go out and look for something to scrub it off with, i was able to scrub off my spray tan but this stuff stayed put, even now 3 weeks later the marks can be slightly seen… Read Full Review

I liked this product... I think it smells nicer than the old one.
Hint: its a gradual tan...'Gradual' is the key word there.
Avoid streaks by applying it very gradually for best natural looking results and make sure you buy the correct type for your skin tone… Read Full Review

I like Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion and apply it daily. It's a great moisturiser but the tan doesn't go really dark even if you apply it daily, and I would expect it to go darker every time… Read Full Review

The smell of this stuff is enough to put me off altogether. It also leaves terrible streaks and collects to areas like knees etc. I'm aways careful to exfoliate and moisturise everyday, so its not like I'm not doing it properly. Yuck!… Read Full Review

There is two different types of Johnsons Holiday Skin, they have different packaging too, my friend said hers smelt awful, but mines smells really nice, I'm guessing they both must smell differently. I just find it hard to apply without getting little streaks, it is good though :D… Read Full Review

bit hit and miss- make my thighs and arms look lovely and brown, but my shins can go a bit patchy and i get a stripe just under my boobs sometimes. good colour i would say do it two nights in a row then leave it for two days that way you cover any patchiness, it doesnt go too dark or orangy and alternate it with a rich moisturiser to keep the colour good… Read Full Review
