Very helpful agent at Avis/Budget desk observed that the booked car would not carry all our luggage and pram so offered an upgrade. Car hire desk is outside Arrival Terminal walkway partially covered about 100metres. The car pickup is then another 75 metres away. This proved a little challenging with a pram in very Windy/rainy weather. Child seat requested was not in the pickup office so there was a delay on delivery (about 10 minutes )before we could fit in car and get baby out of rain. Staff were helpful to get us on our way. On Return, time pressure meant I had to drop car off without refuelling. Expected a high cost of petrol and was charged £40 for 121 miles travelled. I did not expect a further £40 location surcharge for refuelling services. So it really is best to fill the car up yourself.

I hired a car from on the internet.it was meant to be a Fiat 500. But on or arrivel we couldent find out where the hire car Company was locatedcat at Bristol airport. We exspected to Pick up the Fiat but apparently we were late picking the car up and it had been rented out to someone Else. So i had to pay exstra for a upgrade, the car i Got was a Peugeot 3008 1.2 which was a very Nice car indeed. I checked the car all around and made a list of some Marks that it had and entrede it on the map. I diliverd it back and a worked checked the car and ok it. This is the second car that i have hired from Drivalia and it has been very Google service up to now.

Courtesy bus was at the airport waiting. Car was clean inside and outside. Car was ready for me. Return was as efficient.

Extra charges at pick up desk, number could not be reached for pick up from airport. The rental place is not in the airport. Long wait at pick up and drop off.

Holiday autos are great ...... The car company I hired from uses an app, so there are no queues at the airport. It was clunky, but it was better than a 30-minute wait. Drop off smoothly, but the app instructions and what happened were not correlated. They need to smooth out the real-life and App experience/journey.

I've been using Holiday Autos for years now, very satisfied with the service. Every time I check pricing elsewhere I find that Holiday Autos will beat it. Customer service is also excellent. Never had an issue with booking or the service.

Booked a Toyota Kluger for one way trip Newcastle NSW to Airlie Beach. Car collection was easy and car exactly as booked. One way trip so quite pricey but a really good way to see the country. Stayed in motels and enjoyed the road trip

Car was hired through holiday autos website which is easy and clear to use. Car was through Klass Wagen in Faro. Picked up closer to the terminal than most offsite operators. We were given a choice of vehicle, all of which were clean and tidy. Staff were efficient, personable and easy to understand. Car return could not have been easier with almost immediate drop off at the airport. Small company experience was excellent!

amazing staff i only rent from here due to the staff at the check in - they are so friendly and efficient. maybe the company could offer an annual zero excess option so i dont have to purchase it everytime and also why do the poor staff have to input my details every single time- surely in 2024 there has to be a way to create a profile and retain it in like with GDPR etc
