I've had the Samsung E720 for two or three months now. Every time I've gone for a non-Nokia, I've ended up with phones with unreliable features (e.g. there's no point in an alarm that only rings when it feels like it!), but not this time.

I actually went from owning a Nokia 7610 to a Samsung E720. Now you may ask yourself why would he do that? On paper the Nokia totally outclasses the Samsung. In addition to the Samsung E720's extrememly poor sound quality, the camera quality was extremely poor too. Even with the flash working it's not worth paying extra to have this function on there.

Overall I am very pleased with the Samsung E720 phone, I have always had Nokias in the past, and I do prefer Nokia menu system, however this phone has many good points, is extremely sleek and lightweight, good pic and sound quality.
