    Overall I have been more than pleased with the Nokia N70, and am staying with the brand and the OS as I am upgrading to an E70.

    It's too much of "taking a chance" when spending all this money for a phone that has good features, but is too awkward to really get great pleasure out of.

    Initial excitement of having a new phone (and associated 2 year contract unfortunately) quickly replaced by annoyance, frustration and disappointment. Luckily the service provider has agreed to replace with a Sony Ericsson w810 - older model but better.

    I was delighted to get this N70 and see the back of my rather quirky Nokia 7600. I suffered a head injury which caused a memory deficit, and I never could get to grips with the 7600's keypad layout, and neither could my tekkie kids. However, I've had to go back to it and ditch the N70 because of it' ...

    WORST phone I've ever had. I've now had 3 returns from Orange and it keeps going wrong. I only entered this site just to warn people about not buying it. It cuts off during calls, battery life is one day, on/off bluetooth availability, fusing sound quality, different ring tones for no apparent reaso ...

    Too slow. Camera not great. Overall I'd say Nokia were trying to be too smart for their own good. I would not buy another one and would not recommend it unless I was looking to play a practical joke on someone.

    It's OK if you want a standard mobile, but overall I prefer the Nokia 6280 and the old type Nokia's.

    This is the worst phone I have EVER owned! The first N70 I got from Orange, I had to return it after a few months, as it turned itself off regularly during calls, texting or just while in my bag, for no reason, and decided to delete all of my saved text messages.     I like the Nokia N70 mobile phone. It has a good 2 mega-pixel camera and an FM tuner. It is sometimes slow when synching with the PC, and it's occasionally slow with them menu's sometimes, but it is a good phone.

    Generally very happy with the phone, and have chosen the black version for my wife.
