I have been a developer in the IT business for 15 years and I have been using OneandOne for two years. I think OneandOne is good value for money, and have had a good service experience. I lost FTP access twice, but this was fixed Immediately and they called me back to check everything was OK.

Websites go down, and the support line for OneAndOne http://oneandone.co.uk dont even know about it.You ring them up and ask whats wrong, and they say "Oh yes, I see that server is down". It has been down for 3 days consecutively now. Dont they have any back up servers?

I bought some domains through the OneAndOne Hosting Company and they sent me an email to say there was a payment problem. oneandone.co.uk - Blasklisted servers (mailabuse.org) which they won't fix so mails are being rejected by customers firewalls, taking forever to transfer domain to new ISP - yes we are leaving - hopefully they won't ruin us in the process. Just had to add my comment on www.oneandone.co.uk to the others: This company is diabolical - do not touch! Has not actioned my cancellation on 3 occasions and has now referred me to debt collectors! Gone back to Pickaweb with relief.

I had over 100 sites with www.oneandone.co.uk. they used to be good when they were smaller but they've got too big - too automated and have lost touch with the end users.

You used to be able to speak direct to a techie - now you can't and the person on the end of the phone is never authourised to ...

I have been a customer of OneAndOne internet, and I know that as long as you make sure their payment details are updated they will look after you, it's like a phone company they extend the contract and they bar your phone if the Direct debit is denied but I think the email support is so professional ...

Where do I start? Firstly the OneAndOne servers are based in Germany and the support lines are in the UK. A familiar response is 'there is nothing I can do as the servers are in Germany'!!!

www.oneandone.co.uk - You only know how good a hosting service is when you have a problem and they`ve been disastrous. My main site`s been down for 24hrs+ so far during my busiest time of the year. Billing support are unavailable. Other support can`t/won`t help and refuse to put me through to someon ...
