    Had a domain and webmail simple package, interface was slow and needed work. Not been fixed in two years.

    Also, when changing package, they made a mistake with billing and charged me twice, although customer service always replied, it went nowhere.

    Account cancelled.

    The user interface for OneAndOne is ok...but along with the "helpline" I would have to say they are just useless.

    The initial attraction for one and one web hosting is the price - they are probably the cheapest on the market for some very well specified packages.
