Where do I start? I have suffered at the hands of the OneAndOne Web Hosting Company. They offer dreadful support, are very unreliable, and extremely rude. I had the phone hung up on me on 4 out of 11 calls in one week.

Terrible, terrible service. Like other reviews here, they screwed up the billing and the next contact I recieved from them was a letter from debt collectors!!

Had a domain and webmail simple package, interface was slow and needed work. Not been fixed in two years.
Also, when changing package, they made a mistake with billing and charged me twice, although customer service always replied, it went nowhere.
Account cancelled.
