If you don't need One And One's help once your server/account is up then you should be fine - otherwise consider another provider is my advice.
Recommended only on price - with the proviso of non existent support.
P.S. Been hosting with them as a reseller for about 4 years now.

The main problem is that One And One's servers are based in Germany (Schlund) meaning that the IP address is from Germany. The real world effect of this is that Google is highly unlikely to rank any site on a One And One server reasonably for UK searches and visitors, since it sees the site as 'Germ ...

One and One have useless customer service - webmail is a joke, it's not as cheap as you think as when the bill comes through. It's like a hire car bill, lots of ridiculous extras that would have been in the small print if you could be bothered to read it.
