I ordered £74.93 worth of goods from Ideal World which i never received. 55 days and 14 phone calls later to there jokingly called "customer care"team I am still no closer to getting my money back.

Some of Ideal World's products are OK, although the Presenters over sell the items much of the time.

I phoned to order something off Ideal World on their premium rate order line, & was kept waiting for over 6mins, being told (auto) to hold, until a further auto message told me to call back later!! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF IDEAL WORLD FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS FROM THEM. Ideal world is not a bad shopping channel, until something goes wrong and then its absolutly dreadful.
