    They let you order and take your money and then after several phone calls and emails ( all unanswered ) because you have got fed up of waiting and summer turns to autum you find that it is out of stock. Not such an Ideal World after all is. Still havent got my money back either.

    I have just tried to order a sewing machine from Ideal World for a special needs grandchild
    I made phone call was hanging on listening to music, wasting my money then
    a foreign speaking lady came on could't understand what I was saying, said

    Ideal World...hah,they have taken £334 from my account for an item ordered in good faith. It has not arrived and having read reviews of this company am now really concerned.Customer Services less than helpful.I am ignored having served my purpose it would seem.     I have ordered from Ideal World a couple of times and they are ok if you don't have to send back or ask for a refund.     deal with ideal world at your peril.if goods don't arrive they ignore your calls and e-mails,just automated replies.the goods are never as good as they look on screen - that's if they turn up at all.ideal - i don't think so.i don't think they deserve any stars but you have to give at least one.

    I have previously bought from Ideal world and have always had problems with refunds for postage on faulty goods. It is never automatically refunded. I have sent letters.     WELL What can I say the Call centre is unable to take any order correctly. Customer Services never calls you back. Any vouchers you have they don't take off your order so your charged well over the amount you should pay. My answer is go to the shops give them your money at least you get to talk to ...
