    Where oh where did my exchanged clothing go? Three weeks after mailing it to Newport News Women's Clothing I have been told that I have to wait 4 weeks for them to trace it. Bad feeling. I won't buy from them again.

    I love Newport News Women's clothes. I have ordered from them about five times in the last year, and I have never had a problem with the things I have ordered, and the catalogue is well laid out.

    Newport News has terrible customer service. I placed my order over three weeks ago. They have taken my money but my order has not come. They refuse to track my order until it has been 15 business days - 15 days! Not only that, but it was sent through the post office and they say they have no way ...

    Even though I ordered exactly the item (size, cut and color) that fit perfectly the first time I ordered it from Newport News Women's Clothing, it fit completely differently the second time.     The Newport News Women's Clothing customer service representative was rude. Did not explain return policy (they charge you almost $6.00 if you use their label to return a product, when places typically send you a label that has FREE return shipping) -- that policy is NOT clear.     Newport News Women's clothing:
    Customer service reps were rude, promised discounts that were never given and not qualified to handle all problems. Return policy not fully explained over phone. An order placed in on Nov. 1 was not completed until March.
