    Day 1, Friday: Ordered Virtual Dedicated Server. Server was setup a number of hours later.     There are very little good points about this hosting in my experience. It works some of the time for me. The customer service is unhelpful. The tech support people were just as bad in my opinion.     I would not recommend for VPS and Dedicated servers. I cannot comment on Shared hosting personally... Support is not a true 24/7 it seems as I personally feel the response can be very delayed in my experience.
    Problems with key and certificates for me.
    It has taken up to 3 days to setup a VPS. No RD ...

    2. Personally cannot find out any information except on an 0870 number.
