They get there orders mixed up so easily its stupid! I ended up with a picture of a dog instead of one of me and my family which means anyone could end up with my order!

what a waste of my time. I spent 2 hours uploading and editing photos for a 30 page wedding album, redoing when the software was not working properly and and then after 4 attempts to add to my cart to check out only got messages saying "oops please try later"! not good value at all and most annoyed at the time I have wasted… Read Full Review

With my Virgin Account I was awarded 50 free photos to be printed. I settled for 31; and was really disappointed when they arrived as some of the photos I ordered were duplicated and quite a few had part of the heads missing. I don't recommend this company to other. I placed an order last 5th Sept. Now the date is 22nd Sept.I'm still waiting. I called today and when I spoke to somebody he said if I haven't received it means it was lost in the post. So he re-order another prints and he promised it will arrived in 1 week time. I placed an order on the 4th of Sep and according to the web site estimated delivery time for photo prints is 4-5 working days. As at the 21st of Sep I'm still waiting!! I've E-mailed to them few times but each time I only received the automated E-mails and not even an explaination of the cause of delay, let alone an apology!!

I just recieved picture from snapfish. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. The pictures are horrible. Too dark (very, very dark). I've got a light skin, but on them I look like from Asia. I'm very disapointed :(. I have written to customer service to tell them that I want to return them and I want a refund. We will see. Those pictures are good to put them into the bin!!! I'm a professional photographer, and a client has recently sent me the Snapfish prints she had ordered from the CD of her photo session, querying the quality. I am appalled at the pixellation, poor cropping, bleeding of colours and general poor management of this printing service. I first used snapfish a couple of months ago. The photos were ok quality and some were dreadful with black splodges and very weird contrast. The original photo file was fine and it was the printing which was the problem. I began to contact customer services, but they have automated replies and it was too much hassle.

Having ordered a fathers day mug with pictures of my son on it for my husband I was disgusted to take delivrey of someone else's mug.
I phoned to explain the situation and they said that it happens a lot.
The issue I wanted addressing was
- where are the pictures of my son???
-Is the replacement going to be here in time for Fathers day???
- Compensation for inconvenience
They didnt know where the pictures have gone, they wont make the deadline and they refunded me £7.50

DO NOT ORDER FROM SNAPFISH!!!! they will delete your order history and your photos but charge you, then try to make out that you never ordered and that they never charged you. i ordered for a birthday and now i have no present to give! heres the answers i got when i went onto live chat the whole thing took about 45 minutes for no answers

Photos are allways too ,dark poor quality,cropped and are often blemished with lines or specks of colour.
These are taken on a high end digital slr and we are experienced photographers so there is no issue with our equipment or user error and previews on the pc and on thier website are allways fine!!!!
Now to top it off ALL of our photos including wedding,honeymoon & babypics of our first child have dissapeared from our account thse photos equal several thousand so not a secure site to store… Read Full Review

Although the photos received were of very good quality, they arrived much later than I would have expected. Received an e-mail on the day of purchase telling me my order "will be shipped within the next business day". (I would rather receive an e-mail when my order HAS been shipped, not when it's ESTIMATED to be shipped). Prints arrived in 6 business days rather than the estimated 1-3 business days. I've used SnapFish quite a few times now. With each time I've never experienced a problem. The site is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate, and the photo uploader is reasonably quick.
I've only ever ordered photo prints and delivery was ok. My last batch I had delivered to my work address, and they turned up fine, although about 3 days after they stated my photos had been dispatched.

Extremely poor customer service - no phone number to ring. You can wait for response for your emails for a few days and than they even won't answer all your questions.
I sent about 30 emails, I was chasing my money back for 2 months and they didn't refund full amount I paid but I was too tired to chase for it and just gave up.

Well if you think 5 photo's out of 40 at a resonable quality is good then they are great! When i say i had 5 photos of reasonable quality i mean they were the ones where you could just about make out what the pictures were of. Quality of printing is appalling, cropped images and horrifyingly dark.
Customer service team far less than helpful. Finally got annoyed enough to want to delete my details from their site altogether. Was told that they only delete accounts in batches, and therefore it could take a couple of days! No efforts were made to address my concerns or to retain my custom. Shows that they really don't care about their service/product at all.
