“Someone else's pictures”

I ordered a photo book with pictures from my holiday in during the 50% off photo book promotion. I spent hours ensuring that the right photos in the right order and that looked good and professional. The book was received in good time but with so many issues. Firstly the pictures are so dark, admittedly they are dark photos but they have printed considerably darker than on the screen - I would have lightened them myself had I known! “Bad quality prints, bad customer service”

I ordered a small photo book and a few collage prints from Snapfish to send as a gift for family members. The quality on both were so disappointing... Pictures are really dark, and you can notice the colour separation in the pictures... It's really embarrassing to send gifts with this low quality... I have been using Snapfish for a few years now and have always been pleased with the quality of the prints. This is the first time I have used Snapfish and I am so disappointed with the results. I had taken wedding photo's that I had taken a good deal of time editing to perfection. 20% of the prints arrived with the bride and grooms heads chopped off and these shots were perfect beforehand. Really sorry to read you were not happy with your order. £5 for a single photo does not sound in line with our price structure. We do however display the price, prior to our customers placing their order on the site.

New customers for example will get 20 free prints (just paying the cost of shipping)

I ordered 10 First Class Stamps and I would write a more detailed review of the product I ordered on the 3/4/12 but i'm still waiting to see them. Have bought four canvases from SnapFish over about 3 years. I try to buy during special offers and find them to be great value at these times. “No, no, no. Avoid at all costs.”

I ordered 90 prints from snapfish which took over two months to arrive – they were to be used as wedding thank you cards, so, as you can imagine, by the time they arrived it was so long after the wedding that we felt embarrassed sending them out. We have been using Snapfish now for around 5 years (back in the days when you could have prints delivered free to your local Jessops store). We have never had a poor batch of prints back, and usually order in batches of 50 to minimise postage. Numerous photographs were cropped badly, ruining the images, and were blurred - despite the fact that I had printed the same photographs perfectly well with another photograph printing service. Thrilled at the arrival of our first daughter we entrusted Snapfish with he task of producung our birth announcements. My wife found the website slow to respond and not very user friendly. The cards arrived within the stated time frame but were of terrible quality. The babys picture had been cropped so as to chop off the top of her head, the paper used was textured and this gave a very mottled to the picture. Having seen the above mentioned cards I was absolutely astonished that they would heve the nerve to send them to the customer, a 5 year old could have produced better.
What should have been a happy time for my neighbours has become nothing more than an extremely annoying disappointment.
I wouldn't use them if they were the last company standing!

Ordered 36 cards and envelopes, they only delivered 30 cards and 24 envelopes

The envelopes were too big for the cards

The quality of the prints were poor

The quality of the text in the card was even poorer

Took 8 days to arrive, fair enough it says could take up to 10, but normal prints (poor quality too by the way) took only a couple of days, so why so much longer?

Sent them an email, they said they would get back in 24 hours - it's now 2 1/2 days and I'm still waiting
