Have bought four canvases from SnapFish over about 3 years. I try to buy during special offers and find them to be great value at these times. The colour has been a little bold on two of them, but I didn't mind enough not to use them again. Quality of canvas and frame is great. As is packaging and delivery time. I ordered 90 prints from snapfish which took over two months to arrive – they were to be used as wedding thank you cards, so, as you can imagine, by the time they arrived it was so long after the wedding that we felt embarrassed sending them out. The customer service was appalling. I can only recommend avoiding snapfish at all costs. (read more)

Had a lovely holiday with my husband and parents and wanted to present my parents with a calendar of some pictures of the holiday. I optimised the images with their software tool. However when it arrived the images were so dark, you couldn't see their faces at all! Very very badly printed. Will not recommend it to anyone. (read more)

We have been using Snapfish now for around 5 years (back in the days when you could have prints delivered free to your local Jessops store). We have never had a poor batch of prints back, and usually order in batches of 50 to minimise postage. From time to time we have tried other on-line printing companies and have always been disappointed with the results (poor saturation or "sticky" prints). We now pre-pay for prints in blocks of 500. Ordered a very expensive photographic book full of photo's from my husbands life as a present for his 60th birthday. Book did arrive on time but was not what i ordered. Had selected an expensive leather bound book (127 pounds) - came with a plain hard cover Photo's all correctly displayed on right of double page but when it arrived they were all on left with the right page blank - looked as if the book had been printed upside down. Ordered photograph prints and a number of collage mugs intended as gifts. Numerous photographs were cropped badly, ruining the images, and were blurred - despite the fact that I had printed the same photographs perfectly well with another photograph printing service. Thrilled at the arrival of our first daughter we entrusted Snapfish with he task of producung our birth announcements. My wife found the website slow to respond and not very user friendly. The cards arrived within the stated time frame but were of terrible quality. The babys picture had been cropped so as to chop off the top of her head, the paper used was textured and this gave a very mottled to the picture. I first bought a set of 6 coasters from Snapfish about 7 years ago for a friend, commemorating her dog that had just passed away. I was surprised at how good the quality of the mats was and so returned to Snapfish when I wanted to make some personalised calendars as Christmas presents. Again, the quality of the calendars was brilliant compared with the flimsy, tacky calendars I had got elsewhere the previous year. Have been using Snapfish for the last 2-3years mainly for 6x4 prints and cannot fault their quality.Always recieved within time scale.Bought gifts for family last year,including mugs and coasters,and I certainly wouldnt go anywhere else.Have now just placed an order for a Photobook and am that pleased with quality and price that I now pre pay for prints.I would recommend Snapfish to anyone...We originally had 50 free prints from Virgin so that gave me the chance to look into quality,web... Ordered 36 cards and envelopes, they only delivered 30 cards and 24 envelopes
The envelopes were too big for the cards
The quality of the prints were poor
The quality of the text in the card was even poorer
Took 8 days to arrive, fair enough it says could take up to 10, but normal prints (poor quality too by the way) took only a couple of days, so why so much longer?
Sent them an email, they said they would get back in 24 hours - it's now 2 1/2 days and I'm still waiting

Started well and completed a nice design. However 2 weeks later and I was still waiting for my cards, after numerous emails back and forth they said the order had got lost in the post!!! They would 're-issue the order at no extra cost' (how nice of you!).. I complained that I wasn't happy and wanted some form of refund, this request was ignored. unbelievably infuriating customer service. i wish i had read the reviews on here before placing my order with them! i made a mistake (chose gloss instead of matt prints) and called customer service to make the change only 10 minutes after my oder was placed. i was told the order would be cancelled, i would be refunded, and i could make a new and correct order. my order was never cancelled, i emailed customer service and they told me that i could not ammend my order once it was placed... They lost my order for a personalised Christmas card. They sent an email with an order number saying it would be dispatched but it never was.
The email included a link to the order, but when I got online my history was empty. Lucky I had the email for proof.
When challenged they never explained why the order was missing and blamed the postman. They told me to give it another day and if it didn't turn up they would put a credit on my account.

After remembering that this company was shown on The Gadget Show once as the best value for money print site I thought I'd check it out.
You have an option to upload photos in high res or low res (default) which will affect the quality and size of prints that you order. The low res option is suitable for any print sizes up to 10x8, easy to organise plus the option to say whether you want the pictures to be automatically adjusted (edited for clarity) or to be left alone if you've done that... I'm going to keep this short, Well I started using this website in 2008, and my first order was just basically 50 print's, the service then was excellent and the delivery always was delivered within 2 - 3 day.
However, everything has changed now, I placed an order on November the 15th 2010 and I still have not recieved an order and all I ordered was print's, stupidly I placed another order on November 19th and I still am awaiting for delivery, This is insane, Customer service just blame the... They get there orders mixed up so easily its stupid! I ended up with a picture of a dog instead of one of me and my family which means anyone could end up with my order!
Also my brother ordered some pictures and never recieved them or got there money back this site is actually pathetic! never ordering from this site again! (read more)

what a waste of my time. I spent 2 hours uploading and editing photos for a 30 page wedding album, redoing when the software was not working properly and and then after 4 attempts to add to my cart to check out only got messages saying "oops please try later"! not good value at all and most annoyed at the time I have wasted. With my Virgin Account I was awarded 50 free photos to be printed. I settled for 31; and was really disappointed when they arrived as some of the photos I ordered were duplicated and quite a few had part of the heads missing. I was thinking of paying to have a photo book done, but after receiving these I would not use your Company again as it does not live up to the advertising. (read more)

I don't recommend this company to other. I placed an order last 5th Sept. Now the date is 22nd Sept.I'm still waiting. I called today and when I spoke to somebody he said if I haven't received it means it was lost in the post. So he re-order another prints and he promised it will arrived in 1 week time. I placed an order on the 4th of Sep and according to the web site estimated delivery time for photo prints is 4-5 working days. As at the 21st of Sep I'm still waiting!! I've E-mailed to them few times but each time I only received the automated E-mails and not even an explaination of the cause of delay, let alone an apology!!
