I ordered customised photo calendars from Snapfish to give relatives for Christmas. I chose Snapfish as they are a subsidiary of HP so I was expected a high quality end product that would match the high price ( £20 per calendar). The product arrived quickly and on first inspection seemed to be ...

If you ordered anything in the last couple of months and it was slow getting to you, it may be because of Oprah's free photo book giveaway through Snapfish. I was told on the site that it would take about 3 weeks. It did. I was ok with this because I know they had lots of Oprah viewer orders. I got ...

I was so excited when I ordered photocards from them with my newborn baby's pictures. I ordered cards on 3rd December and they processed on 2nd January. Today is 6th January and I still don't have the cards. I can't use them anyway cos my baby will be so different next year. I had to buy and send or ...

My order was placed on the 2nd December for delivery by Christmas. Part of the order never arrived. Two weeks of emails with customer service did not solve the problem. A call to customer service eventually revealed that the pictures were 'corrupted' (they seemed to be ok in the online preview on th ...

I've had all my pics processed by Snapfish, using the website which is 'dummy' friendly. It's great you can see how they will come out by using a preview. My family loved all their pressies which turned up (surprisingly) well in time for crimbo. One of my mugs was smashed but i rung them and they se ...

I ordered an acrylic print on the 11th November as a gift for my partner on our first Christmas together. It did not arrive. On the 9th December they placed a reorder after advising me I had to wait for 2 weeks before they would accept it was lost. I gave special instructions that if it would arr ...

My photo book (ordered in November) is still being promised for Christmas. Somehow don't think that's a promise they can fulfil as it is now the 19th. Would rather they were honest instead of making these promises, then I know where I stand. Disappointing customer service especially as initially the ...

Ordered a photo book from Snapfish on 2nd November - still waiting for it 6 weeks later - they have 'problems' and are unable to ship it at the moment. - In the past I have been impressed with their service but this has now left me with a missing Christmas present despite ordering in good time.

Tried the photo book after reading 'Which' report where it got top rating .The flexibility and options are very good. From downloads,to layouts, to editing.I am surprised at the mixed responses on here.I found it first class, like 'Which'.
