“Pixelated pics ”

★★☆☆☆

written by Holdens101 on 13/02/2017

I ordered over 800 photos from truprint at 6x4 size. When they came ALL of them were slightly fuzzy or pixelated (including lots of great quality photos I took from my canon 600) When I wrote in to complain they washed their hands of any responsibility and stated I was warned they wouldn't come out well (which is a lie, all I was told is that it was not the best picture size for my photographs with no explanation attached) The only thing that was good about this order was how fast the delivery was!

“Slow and a waste of tie”

★☆☆☆☆

written by 179Townsend on 25/01/2017

Spent 4 hours trying to upload 300 images (bare in mind they were not large files) however it seemed to start uploading then just stop, had to keep refreshing and starting the process over. It was annoying as hell and for that i wouldn't use truprint again. It was adreadful experience. Waste of time. Anyway I didn't end up uploading my images. Not happy at all.

“Poor customer service and no photobook received yet”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Brent253 on 17/12/2016

I bough a wowcher for a 100 page photo book from the trueprint. I have emailed them numerous times. To start with one is given very limited information on how to customise the photobook. If you do not reach 100 pages when creating the book the wowcher is not considered and discount is not applied to your purchase. You have to email them, and then you are informed that you have to have 100 pages only. When you go back to create 100 pages and purchase the book the wowcher does not work again because in your 100 pages the cover pages are not counted for so you are in wrong again because true print does not consider these into 100 pages. Once you get your head around creating the photobook your wowcher has expired and the trueprint does not take any responsibility but puts this onto you and the wowcher company. So your money is taken but at ten end you have no photobook and are left with frustrations. I would never again buy a Wowcher with the trueprint. After numerous emails to them they took no responsibility over this matter.

“Awful, Awful, Awful!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by achitiu1810 on 11/10/2016

My parcel hasn't turned up for weeks, Truprint don't know where it is and will do literally nothing to fix the situation. When I chased Truprint I was told to go to the local sorting office because apparently sometimes they don't leave cards to notify that they have tried to deliver a parcel. I have lived in my house for years and never has that happened but went to the sorting office anyway. No record of any parcel coming for my address during the timeframes. Truprint could not care less. Won't reimburse, won't make the order and send again. 0 solutions, 0 effort. Apparently I am welcome to wait 28 days for the parcel to be returned to them (why would that happen? the address I provided them was the right one) and if it does then they will send it to me again. Disgraceful attitude to customers Truprint! Apparently if I wanted better service I should have paid for a tracked delivery. Perhaps if someone had told me they didn't care less about the delivery I may have done!

“NEVER BUY FROM TRUPRINT”

★☆☆☆☆

written by KaneDickson374 on 26/02/2016

Honestly the worst customer service; the team member i was assigned was patronising and didnt offer a resolution to the issue. I received blurry images at not once did they try and offer me a refund or a chance to get them reprinted. But instead kept responding with text about pixels of images. I would honestly tell anyone who was considering using them to think again.

“Disgusting customer service”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 06/02/2016

Ordered a photo mug and received no confirmation for quite some time. When the confirmation arrived some time later, the order differed significantly to what I ordered so I cancelled it. This was ignored and when I got a reply was lied to, insulted and left out of pocket as they took the money from my bank account without my consent. I have contacted them six times now and I have been fobbed off, bullied and insulted. This is not unsurprising as customer service is "provided" by the very dregs of customer service, the same inept and abusive company "custhelp.com" who use illiterate indians who addressed me by my surname only. Truprint are a disgrace - avoid Boots Photo, Snapfish and a mryiad of others as they all use the same reckless individuals who do not pay due care and attention and the same horrible and probably racist customer services

“Quality printing but travel mug "is not a flask"”

★★★☆☆

written by on 28/01/2016

I bought a photo travel mug - the pictures came out great, lovely quality. Unfortunately the travel mug is less so - it does not keep drinks hot, despite what their website says. When I complained, or queried this the response was: "Unfortunately these travel mugs are not flasks and do not have the same ability to keep heat warm for a long period of time like flasks do. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it." I appreciate it's not a flask, but you'd expect a drink to stay hot for at least an hour whilst travelling.

“Photo Mugs Unprofessional & Customer Service Worse ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by TrustingShopper on 18/01/2016

Ordered three photo mugs for Christmas presents. They arrived with the photos badly set out on the mug, totally off centre. When I queried the finished product was told to send them back but no apology of the terrible product or finish. The picture image of the mugs on their site did not match the resulting mugs received. At least they should be proud of their off centred mugs and have the right image on the mug. The images were relatively OK, but I would not order again or recommend others to waste their money on these mugs.

“Good value for money, but overall quality not amazing”

★★★☆☆

written by Milof447 on 16/01/2016

I have ordered photo prints, using a promotion for the first 50 free so I just ended up paying the postage basically. The prints were easy to order and the process was fast and easy, and I had the prints delivered within just a couple of days. The quality of the prints as such is not amazing though, it is not terrible but could be better. Some pictures are a bit blurred or oddly coloured. As I just wanted basic print outs of some of my favourite pictures this was fine, but if I had paid more or wanted larger prints or to give these to someone as a present I would probably be disappointed with these.

“Poor quality”

written by errigal on 19/12/2015

I have ordered cards from you for the past two years & have always been impressed with your service. However I have just received my cards this morning, only they are not cards but postcards, which I have obviously ordered but I feel that this was not made clear & also the quality of the picture is very poor, therefore I will be unable to use the cards.

“Pre-paid prints withdrawn with no notice”

★☆☆☆☆

written by ylMorris339 on 09/12/2015

I have used Truprint for 10 years until this week. I have always pre-paid prints which keeps the price to 0.05p a print. Truprint have now withdrawn this service with no notice to customers effectively increasing their prices by over 200 percent if you order 50 photos or less. I am very disappointed. For all customers who use this service Aldi stil. Charge 0.05p for each print with no restrictions on amount of photos

“Website needs serious work ”

★★☆☆☆

written by Saundersoa392 on 03/12/2015

I tried making one of their kitchen calendars well over 5 times, every time at different stages of the process the website would crash and delete all my work even though I had auto saved it. The whole experience was very infuriating and I have still be unsuccessful in creating the calendar. The products themselves are great value but the website needs some serious improvement.

I recently ordered 100 prints and one of the new slim canvas prints and was very impressed with the quality of both. I have ordered beautiful photo gifts from Truprint for years and I have always been so pleased with all my orders, I would certainly recommend them!!

written by 132Kennedy on 05/09/2015

I ordered 177 prints online which was quite easy to do. They came within a few days and they are great quality with vibrant colours and good quality paper. Highly recommend this site and I will definitely use again for any other photographs. So much better than leaving them on my phone. To sum it up, very easy to place the online order, very good price and value for money and great quality set of prints.

Yes, as far as I know, the albums will stay in your account until you delete them. I've just checked my account and I have albums going back to 2007. I've made cards and calendars from photos in those albums (they are called 'projects') and you can save your projects so that they are always there too.
Report this content ForeverYoung111 Written on: 05/02/2015
Yes you can. There is an option to save it.

Yes, the previous two answers are both correct in my experience. Have fun with your album!

Yes. All Albums stay on your account until you delete them. I have had some for years. Each year I do a calendar for my wife - part of her Christmas for that year. I start in January and keep adding photos all through the year up until about two / four weeks before Christmas and then get it printed off when they have their half price calendar sale. I have been doing this over the past 5 yrs and all five are still there - I have not tried editing those already purchased but they are still there to look at. The same goes for any photos or projects you set up.

yes penny you can save what you are doing as long as you want , it will be there for you the next time you log into your account .

YES. Albums can be created, edited, added to and deleted at your leisure, so (if like me) you wanted to take a picture every week of your wife's pregnancy (i've done this twice now) and upload the picture, the day of the birth you can make the book, express delivery it and it'll be waiting as a momento for your new family when you all get out of hospital. My children are now almost 5 and 3, and there has been a picture a week till One and then one a month till 5, so the next book is almost finished. Truprint saves all the images and you can have fun with your book.
Report this content SuzySue22 Written on: 05/02/2015
Yes that is no problem at all, you can go back to it as many times as you like.
Report this content Kaylee911 Written on: 06/02/2015
Yes you can. Make sure you plan your album or calendar beforehand with all the photographs you want to use as it makes it a lot easier. You can play around with borders and any pictures you want to add i.e. bubbles, balloons etc. as much as you like. I love the calendar and do a new one every year. Once you get the hang of it it is fairly easy.

You certianly can, its like having an online hard drive, if you have a smart phone, get there app, you can go into your albums and save pics to your fone if you like, honestly truprint has saved me 100,s of pounds.

Yes, you can! My goodness, I take ages to arrange my photo books and stuff. I think I spent a week once getting one just perfect, changing photos, changing backgrounds, etc. I ended up with the perfect photo book :) Take your time. Truprint will save it for you.
Report this content Tintin275 Written on: 06/02/2015
Yes, I'm pretty sure that you can as it saves long projects as you are doing them. I've certainly started one on one day and returned the day after myself. If you start something and don't complete it, you get an email too.

I believe they do - email them and ask for free envelopes so you can send films in for printing/putting on disc etc.  Unsure about prices so probably best to ask that question at same time. Hope this helps xx
