Was with Post Office Home Phone for approximately 12 months and can't fault them for price.

Price is one thing but in my experience their customer service really left a lot to be desired, I received two bills during my time with them, they failed to take monthly instalments and even forgot to cl ...

I started with Post Office Homephone in January 2006, set up a D/D of £25 a month.
I too received a first Bill for Line Rental when I hadn't had a Quarterly bill in April. I phoned PO HP to enquire as to why I had not received a Bill and was told that there was a Technical fault with my Line ...

The line rental is cheaper than BT, but it is of inferior quality. Since transferring from BT, I've had nothing but problems with the quality of my line and I can't seem to dial internationally. Also, every time I ring The Post Office phone service Customer Services to try and resolve an issue - th ...

My Post Office phone line has been dead for a week. I rang them up and sent them an email and letter, and I have had no reply to any. I am now going to be reconnected to BT. I got a letter this morning saying sorry you are leaving us and if I change my mind to ring them. There's no chance of that. I ...

My main complaint with The Post Office Phone Service has been in not receiving regular bills. I received my first bill for line rental and then my second bill 3 months later, but nothing since. I called their customer services a number of times to be told a bill would be sent to me, but nothing. ...

At the beginning of June 2006 I applied online to transfer my telephone service to the Post Office. I got a letter at the beginning of July from BT to say sorry you are leaving. I have never heard anything or received anything in writing from the Post Office. If you call them, they can't help you wi ...

I cancelled my Post Office Phone Service in October 2005 and requested a final bill payment at the time. I also complained to their customer care department about the problems I had been having. I never received a final bill, and the customer care department sent me a letter in November saying the ...

The Post Office Phone Service - Applied over a month ago. Acknowledgement letter came quickly, but no action since. Rang Customer Services - answered quickly but couldn't explain delay or give any estimate of when I might be connected.

I applied for a Post Office home phone line on the 24th of February 2006, and I received my welcome letter in early March, stating that they would contact me again with the dates for the transfer, which may take up to 14 days. A direct debit was set up with my bank, but by 20th March I had still hea ...
