    On the whole the Post Office Phone Service is ok and the broadband is very quick but dont get expect a fast service for them when it comes to customer care, they string you along with all sorts of excuses and hide behind the very small print within the contract.

    Very friendly staff always willing to helpThey understand if you are unable to pay your bill and give you 2 or 3 months extra time to pay back.always works and never really need to call customer service for anything other then billing and making payments.

    I went with post office for the reduced installation fee and no fixed contract for the phone line, decided to upgrade to broadband too.     Went with the post office as i was sick of the bad service with B.T and have been happy with how quick i got my land line. no problem at all so far
