On reading reviews when I first started with Quinn-Direct 2years ago I was very apprehensive. Two years later I have to say I am more than impressed with this Company. The Staff are very professional and Courteous any time I have had to call them. Someone mentioned their accent which I have to sa ...

From senior management downwards - they seem to fly by the seat of their pants - every issue I raised was ignored despite 15 Calls

    2. They are offering bottom book v ...

Got a quote through GoCompare.com, cheapest by far (The other insurers were > £2k p/a)

Quinn-Direct are competley useless. Had an accident last year. Was not informed of settlement and was never discussed with me. I had to keep on chasing the company. Not a single correspondence from them. Would never deal with again. They seem to care about themselves rather than the customer.

Cheapest quote available, other insurers wanted £2k+ and a hefty £400 compulsary excess!

Not to mention Quinn also provide free breakdown cover, and the named drivers (my mum/dad) are actually free since they are lower risk than me!

Don't ask for a refund from Quinn-Direct .... 4 wks and still waiting. All I get is excuses ... As I paid by visa this has cost me money as the interest is charged on the outstanding balance. If you intend to change your insurance once your daughter/son has passed their test and then put onto their ...

My son was 17 in June and Quinn quoted £950 for a basic corsa fully comp. He passed his test 6 weeks later and informed Quinn-Direct. Next day we received a demand for a further £3000. Don't entertain these guys - £3,950 to insure a corsa
