Well me and my family have all done this and got results after you lose what you want eat sensible and the weight wont creep back i love this deit so much it changed my life. If you follow and dont cheat you will lose 10 pound

Really helpful, i started at begin of the month,three days i have lost 2kg, then eat normal/health for a while to keep my weight stable,not lose too fast then easily to gain back. start again this morning,wish to lose another 1.5kg this time.

I've noticed people saying they had meat, beans & carrots for the first day dinner, where my plan was meat, beans & beetroot. Also adding seasoning and sauces to the meals, is this allowed, I thought you could only add salt & pepper. Is substituting beetroot with carrots alright?

This is the best diet,I follow so far. It is reasonably cheap, it is no time consuming, there is no complicated recipes to follow. I say try it its worth it. I like this diet i use to eat only one time a day because i was never hungry and i didn't lose weight but i tried the 3day diet and the weight came off and 1 eat more regularly now so this diet is healthy me only eating one a day wasnt
