    Although the original quote was reasonable, the additional hidden charges made the overall cost high and I felt like I had been mugged! I will never use Easy Car again.

    The customer service attitude was one where the T&C s state no refund after card entry has been made. My point was that I was getting error messages and no booking confirmation.     Their online and printed documentation said that I needed a credit card, but I was not told that it needed to be in the name of the driver.     We got an upgrade with Easy car Rental for free, which was a class E Car, and we were given a Ford Focus with air conditioning.

    We got no car from Easycar Rental in Olbia due to a mix up in paperwork between the agent and Easycar. And I can get no reply from the agent Economycar Rentals.
    Does anyone know who I can contact to get my money back. Please leave a comment if so.

    Booked a group 4 car from their website, and it said it would carry 4 adults and 4 cases, so I booked an Astra, Focus or similar.     If you want to make a complaint with Easy Car Rental you have to use their Premium rate number. Online you can complain, or, as in my case, try to ask about an incorrect billing, and you will just get an automatic reply.
