I would never use Easy Car again from Olbia airport or anywhere else. The smaller local car hire agents were much better and polite!

We booked a car through easyjet web site in August because the rates were favourable. We were a bit concerned because of all the bad reviews we had read but went with them because of the price. The booking online was easy enough.

I would not recommend EasyCar at all.
There customer service is shocking. I am still waiting for a refund of the money I paid upfront. They quote a 5-21 day tie period for getting back to you and believe me they will go to the full 21 days and beyond.
Best to book with a company you know you will ...

I would not consider using Easy Car at Olbia Airport. Use Economy Car Rentals with caution as they are proving difficult, I keep having to ring Crete!
