    Lastminute.com has an easy to use online booking system. Very difficult to contactExcessive admin chargesExcessive costs to change flight dates. I would generally avoid them them as the cons far out weigh the benefits

    I will never use this website again, they offer a pitance refund.
    They make you wait on the phone for ages, charging 10p a minute. They are not ABTA registared so no way of complaining to ABTA.
    I would suggest using any offical website, ie BA or a reconised agent ie expedia.
