“dont trust this site, charged my credit card but no hotel ”

Horrible! My husband booked a room for two nights and charged my credit card, but when we got to the hotel there was no room reserved for us. We have to reserve a room at the front desk instead. In the end we ended up with two charges on our credit card. We made an attempt to call several times but did not get any body to answer their phone. Do not use this website, after booking, a message was sent that a confirmation will be sent shortly but we never got anything. Plus the price wasn't any… Read Full Review

“Terrible Service - Don't Use!”

I recently booked a flight with lastminute.com and had a change in my schedule so I called them to change it. I called them immediately after booking but they weren't open. I got up at 3 am to call and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was the next business day. I didn't even get this answer until I called 3 times. “Total lack of understanding”

I called Lastminute to book a one night hotel stay. After confirming my surname numerous time using the Aplha, beta, Charlie etc because the call handler kept insisting that M was R?? I thought I had eventually managed to get him to correctly take my details, but no.....no confirmation email arrived. Paid by credit card with LastMinute for a flight for two to Delhi. Five days later while checking my bank account online, LastMinute has 'double-dipped' on my account and charged me twice. “The most incompetent people I have ever come across”

Whilst trying to book flights on this website, the times and prices constantly changed. We then rang up and the prices were actually £50 more. After this, they would not let us book as they had messed something else up in October (booked a hotel room, then cancelled it, then charged us twice) which was blocking my account. booked a holiday to ibiza 2 adults and 2 children under 5 for 7 days and had no problems what so ever, ran nice and smooth from start to finish. fully atol protected via easyjet, would recommend my family and friends and would book through these in future. I booked my honeymoon through lastminute.com - we couldn't afford a long break so decided to stay at the Isle of Wight for 2 nights. Booked the hotel in January 2013 and the night before we travelled 12 May 2013 realised I had no confirmation. “Save money for real - do not use this booking site!”

I tried to get in contact with lastminute.com after a booking mistake on their website and they say they will reply wiythin 48 hrs, but i never heard back. We still travellled on the tickets even f it wasn*t the dates we actually had booked. We booked through lastminute.com for our 1st wedding anniversary in London. We were going to go for a Premiere Inn where you know the good quality however we saw a secret hotel option. A 4 Star hotel near Hyde Park for £109.65, the price should be lower than normal because they can't publicise the named hotel offering low deals. True it was a gamble but it should be a 4 star hotel. Booked what last minute.com classed as a 4plus hotel in torremolinus, wouldn't even give this hotel a 2* rating. Rooms dated back to 70s, nothing like what they advertised. “Disgraceful”

I am a UCD law student. If anyone would like free legal advise for the clear breach of contract seen in many cases listed here please get back to me. I will advise on the law of contract, remedies as a result of breach, namely damages (refunded money to the customer) and appropriate course of action. I decided to spoil myself and my partner with 2 day holiday in Oxfordshire. I couldn't like any hotel that will suit as price and rank. So I decided to go with the Top Secret hotel which they advertise as: Check out our Top Secret hotels. These rates are so low our hotel partners don't want to put their names to them... !?!? Two days ago I went online looking for a holiday package to Gibraltar. I found exactly what I was looking for when I typed gibraltar in to the location box. Have to say I'm usually very placid, however my experience with lastminute.com has been absolutely ludicrous. I attempted my book a hotel in Jersey through lastminute.com and at the point of entering my payment details, it wouldn't accept my double-barrelled surname. “5* Hotel weekend break, London! Amazing hotel!”

We recently stayed in a hotel that we had booked through lastminute.com and it turned out to be such an amazing weekend. We had research the hotel on trip advisor before hand so we knew what other people had said about it and it didn't disappoint. The booking process through lastminute.com's website was pretty straight forward and only took a few minutes to complete.
