“Bad start good finish”

Book a room in Yosemite National Park in peak season. When arrive there the recepcionist told me that my booking was cancelled just a few days after I've made it! Thankfully they still had available rooms so could stay as planned although I had to pay a higher price for the room. “Worst Customer Service Ever”

I booked a holiday to Jamaica via lastminute and from start to finish it was a stressful experience. I spent hours on the phone speaking to people who seem to not understand simple information! “Avoide!”

Holiday from hell and its all due to your firm poor organization and lack of care for clients! Hotel being 2 stars was fine but the fact that we were left without a hotel room for 18 hours in 35 degrees heat is just outrages! My sister which is in her late 50 with a weight problem had passed out due to the heat exhaustion! “No ticket at all!!!”

The worst experience!! The flight purchased in the day of departure still was not issued!! I had to come to the airport havent know if I am going to flight or not! The aircompany has recieved the booking from lastminute but no payment, even if the amount from my account was charged! So, I had to buy another ticket directly at the company desk! “Sold me tickets that didn't exist”

I booked an end of summer holiday treat for my nine year old to go and see We Will Rock You using lastminute. This was three days before the performance. One hour and 15 mins before the performance was due to start I got a call from their agent telling me they had sold me tickets for a performance that didn't exist. Booked a holiday on line but was not able to finalise the payment on line. Contacted last minute.com to clarify the problem who informed us that the payment had been deferred so would need to book again. With this information and the fact we had no booking reference we went ahead with the second attempt which was successful. After booking our flights to Croatia, due to a death in the family myself and the kids had to travel early. “Secret Hotel = Nasty Surprise”

I have used lastminute.com before to book 'secret' hotels but my most recent experience has put me off for life. Whilst I appreciate it must be difficult to check the credibility of all the hotels listed on the site, I don't think it's fair when a hotel is chosen that has a mere 48% satisfaction rate. “dont trust this site, charged my credit card but no hotel ”

Horrible! My husband booked a room for two nights and charged my credit card, but when we got to the hotel there was no room reserved for us. We have to reserve a room at the front desk instead. In the end we ended up with two charges on our credit card. We made an attempt to call several times but did not get any body to answer their phone. “Terrible Service - Don't Use!”

I recently booked a flight with lastminute.com and had a change in my schedule so I called them to change it. I called them immediately after booking but they weren't open. I got up at 3 am to call and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was the next business day. I didn't even get this answer until I called 3 times. I called Lastminute to book a one night hotel stay. After confirming my surname numerous time using the Aplha, beta, Charlie etc because the call handler kept insisting that M was R?? Whilst trying to book flights on this website, the times and prices constantly changed. We then rang up and the prices were actually £50 more. After this, they would not let us book as they had messed something else up in October (booked a hotel room, then cancelled it, then charged us twice) which was blocking my account. booked a holiday to ibiza 2 adults and 2 children under 5 for 7 days and had no problems what so ever, ran nice and smooth from start to finish. fully atol protected via easyjet, would recommend my family and friends and would book through these in future. I booked my honeymoon through lastminute.com - we couldn't afford a long break so decided to stay at the Isle of Wight for 2 nights. I tried to get in contact with lastminute.com after a booking mistake on their website and they say they will reply wiythin 48 hrs, but i never heard back. We still travellled on the tickets even f it wasn*t the dates we actually had booked.
