I have booked hotel from last minutes, the price is 108,and i paid by my credit card, when i check my balance, the compamy deducted 139, so 31 euro more. it is so called transaction fees, i want to contact the customer service, they only have calling service, it cost me over 6 euro per minutes from abroad. Booked two flights tickets to go to Vancouver which I unfortunately had to cancel on 17th October 2015. I was told that it will take between 8- 16 weeks before I shall get a partial refund which was fine. At the end of 16 weeks sent an email to Last Minute on 31st January which was followed with a phone call two days later. I was told that it will take 7- 10 days for the money to be refunded. “Totally unacceptable customer service”

I went onto an app to make a booking over 2 weeks ago to Malaga. The app was apparently faulty as it gave me a message "misinformation given" (or to that effect) many times and sending back to the beginning of the form to refill the same information (a minimum of 5-6 times). “Absolutely Ridiculous. ..DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!!”

“AVOID THIS WEBSITE”

This website takes NO responsibility for its advertised star ratings. In our case, we purchased a 4 star holiday thinking it was a good deal, only to arrive and find a 2 star hotel (if that). They had MISREPRESENTED the hotel quality to attract customers. The hotel's own website, as we later discovered, did not give itself a star rating at all. I have never submitted an on line complaint before but was left totally frustrated by last minute.com,s response to my complaint. Having booked and paid for our flights and holiday we arrived at our hotel to discover the hotel had no record of our booking and hadn't received payment for same. “No Customer Support or Focus”

My daughter and her boyfriend booked a trip to Venice to celebrate her 21st birthday. Two weeks ahead of time they needed to move the trip by one day and accepted the £168 extra cost. The department they were talking to couldn't take the payment and said they would get a call. “They spelled a name wrong when booking and its my problem!”

Wow....DO NOT CALL TO BOOK ANYTHING..the staff that answer do not speak or understand English properly! Its unbelievable! The booking staff spelled my daughter's name wrong on the booking. (omitting a letter of a common name which makes it so obviously NOT a name) So now i have an unchangeable ticket that i have paid for that has the wrong name on it. I made a booking by telephone for 6 adults travelling to Las Vegas for a flight and hotel package. I was on the phone for a good 45 minutes, gave my credit card details and thought great ... holiday booked. The operator assured me an email would be sent confirming my booking. I had something similar I booked a hotel and they never sent me a confirmation email when I turned up there was no booking and I ended up having to pay significantly more as I had no choice. Last minute still took the money ( over 6 thousand dollars) from my credit card and only paid it back over a week later after several phone calls to their India call centre. I still lost money on the return exchange rate and bank charges plus spent half our holiday and hundreds of dollars on the phone to India. They have never responded to any emails. I would NEVER use them again and neither will anyone else I come I contact with

“Never Again - Virtual Flights Sold”

I just booked a flight to Mombasa via Lastminute. Everything went well online and the money was taken. The confirmation email was received immediately - but from BravoFly, not Lastminute (same set of people cowboys it would seem )However, after a few hours, they emailed me to say the flight was no longer available. Update: I gave them another try - only because of the really low prices and my money had been returned very quickly. This time, same dates nearly the same timings but KLM/Kenya Airways Flights rather than Emirates. Everything went very smoothly, and within a few seconds of payment, my confirmation /etickets were in my inbox. So on that basis, 5*.

Hi, I did not do anything different. I suspect that the problem was with Emirates. I have since booked 3 further KLM/Kenya Airways flights with Lastminute and had no problems at all. In fact they have been on the ball when the airlines have made flight time adjustments too. I also had to contact Customer Service , got straight through and got an answer immediately. At least on the first occasion, my money was returned rapidly. I had a similar problem with Opodo and it took 14 weeks to get my money back.

I booked a short break and spelt one of the passenger names wrong and when I phoned to see if I could correct this I was told I could at a cost of £120! Rather than risk my fellow passenger not getting on the plane I agreed to pay the fee. Would never use again! Tried to book a hotel online and price changed on trying to book, so called them and was told they could definitely still get the original price so booked, payment was taken, and reference number given. Then 20 minutes later got email saying booking NOT confirmed and price had gone up!! Called them, spoke to supervisor, nothing they could do ,so booking cancelled but 3 days later still waiting for money to be refunded! Booked a hotel in Ely and arrived to find it closed for refurbishment despite only booking three days previous. Lastminute.com left us waiting while they tried to find alternative accommodation for 2 hours before we took it on ourselves to find an alternative. We found another hotel that was slightly more expensive and when we suggested this to lm.com they wouldn't agree to letting us stay there. We booked it anyway and paid for it. I think last minute are an utter disgrace. I booked for me and my daughter to go to disneyland paris on Friday 13th November 2015. Due to the unfortunate and horrible things that unfolded that night disneyland closed down for our entire trip after promising it'd be open the next day (sunday).
