NEVER EVER USE LASTMINUTE.COM. They are absolutely unreliable, details about booking given was NOT COMPLETE and MISLEADING! I just came back from a trip to France by booking my flight and hotel through lastminute.com, all was well until when we were going back from CDG, Paris to London, we were told our flight tickets did not include baggage check in. “Commission is their only priority”

Last night I was railroaded into buying accommodation and flights to Germany. I only rang them as the website had a glitch and I couldn't check room availability. Pushy salesman kept forwarding my quiries towards a purchase and im regretful to say I paid. Terrible hotel Ramada Hotel riverside location on the Thames is totally misleading yes its on the Thames but its location is within an industrial area.. hardly qualifies it as a Thames riverside location .. its a budget over night hotel stay over charging for a hotel no better than a premire Inn or travel lodge. For the first time, we purchased a package from lastminute.com for New York for £1118.19. They advertised a hotel The Pennsylvania - sadly, read reviews after a friend mentioned. The hotel reviews were extremely poor. Spoke with LastMinute - they agreed to allow me to rebook a hotel (agreeing to refund me £322)after I booked another hotel with them. “The WORST agency I have ever used - AVOID them!”

“DON USE LASTMINUTE.COM if u dont want to pay FEE of 70...”

I dont know where to start. I bought a ticket and car hire on lastminute.com and they charged me 70 euros extra, yes, 70 euros extra as a credit card fee. “OK for accomodation, BAD for flights”

I have used lastminute.com many times over the past 4 four years for accommodation, and everything worked OK, never had any issues. However, I booked return flights from London to Italy via BA with 6 months' notice, and I regretted it a thousand times: A month after the booking they emailed me to tell me that the flights changed and I'd be departing later from a different airport! Book a room in Yosemite National Park in peak season. When arrive there the recepcionist told me that my booking was cancelled just a few days after I've made it! Thankfully they still had available rooms so could stay as planned although I had to pay a higher price for the room. Holiday from hell and its all due to your firm poor organization and lack of care for clients! Hotel being 2 stars was fine but the fact that we were left without a hotel room for 18 hours in 35 degrees heat is just outrages! The worst experience!! The flight purchased in the day of departure still was not issued!! I had to come to the airport havent know if I am going to flight or not! “Secret Hotel = Nasty Surprise”

I have used lastminute.com before to book 'secret' hotels but my most recent experience has put me off for life. Whilst I appreciate it must be difficult to check the credibility of all the hotels listed on the site, I don't think it's fair when a hotel is chosen that has a mere 48% satisfaction rate.
