I had a very bad experience with last min Bombay. Wrong information was given and 2 cards where blocked for more than 1800 pounds as far as I am concerned. All the informations given to me was wrong in my opinion. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would share this bad experience with everyone I know. I booked a flight through lastminute.com, but while we were waiting to board, the flight was cancelled. Trying to get a refund out of lastminute.com is like trying to get blood from a stone. They are impossible to get hold of. Although I have an e-mail from the airline confirming that the flight was cancelled, lastminute tell me that it was not. Lastminute.com has an easy to use online booking system. Very difficult to contact

Very poor and unhelpful customer service in my experience.
Lastminute.com arranged a wedding room for us via their website, the advertised room was nothing like the actual room as far as I am concerned. It was so small we had to move, the night before our wedding! Because we didn't call within 24 hours (which fell on our wedding day itself), in my opinion they have refused to even answer correspondence and we are still (6 months on) trying to get the refund. I booked a Chessington World of Adventure ticket and hotel package for £262.60 about a week ago to go with my boyfriend from 21-24 of march (easter period ). The website hung as I tried to amend the date while doing a final check of the booking and appeared to reload, I then received a confirmation email about 20 minutes later with the wrong date (having never pressed submit). They refuse to cancel or amend. I spoke to someone who didn't even speak English to a standard that someone in sales should be speaking. then i was informed of my choice of reservation that it was a one night stay over, but after i had booked the trip, and they had gladly taken my money, even though i had to repeat all my details countless times, I was eventually sent my receipt email to my email address. I then released that the package i had bought was only a day spa trip, after I had repeatedly requested a night stay.

Ever had to tell a 3 year old that she's NOT going to Disney after all tomorrow. We had to do just that. We booked a last minute trip to Orlando through lastminute, and got a confirmation email back with a confirmation email stating that detailed itinerary was to follow. I will never use this website again, they offer a pitance refund.
They make you wait on the phone for ages, charging 10p a minute. They are not ABTA registared so no way of complaining to ABTA.

My partner tried (at the beginning of December) to organise a wine experience with 'Vinopolis' in London for Christmas. It's now 28th Dec and the promised tickets have still not turned up.
Last minute have washed their hands of this because they are acting as an agent for Vinopolis. But they took our money!

I would recommend that you stay away from this company if you value your travel arrangements. I tried to change the dates of a flight but was told that I could not change the dates, cancel the ticket or change the name of the person flying i.e. I would have to lose nearly 800! After I had spoken to Trading Standards and again to lastminute.com, they were able to refund the ticket price minus a 150 admin fee! Lastminute.com, cancelled my ticket upon my request and never sent me the money back, the £450 ticket to Doha-Qatar, was cancelled and i was entitled to only £142s.After 12 weeks i called them and they said, we didn't receive your cancelled ticket, from you, and when i gave them the royal mail dispatch number, they said to me: we recieved an empty envelop!
We will need 1 year to refund your ticket!

Advice customers to stay well clear, they took my money and for no reason cancelled my confirmed booking at the last minute - I then have to WAIT TEN DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM. Hours of waiting on phone number, if you get through they cut you off. LAST MINUTE . CON

In general, lastminute.com offers a range of lower price flights compared to other travel agents, especially when you book in advance. I have not tried the customer service on phone, but the online service was quite good, and by now, I have not got any bad experience about this website. Booked a holiday through LastMinute.com - the prices looked very tempting, when I had agreed all the details you slowly watch all the prices rise so if you only have £500 to spend you can ignore any holiday priced over £400.
