The GT Aggressor is an excellent value for money I got my aggressor 3 in 2006 and got it from halfords for '£179.99, which i thought was a good deal.
Now I have Avid Juicy 5's, Manitou Black super air forks 130mm
and new shifters, and the bike is amazing!

The GT Aggressor is good for speed and good for down hill, no bad points at all. Recommended.

I got my GT in may time, never had one before. All i had were DB's but when i got this i was over the moon with it because of the paddle gear system on it. I had seen paddle gears about 1 year before but couldn't find them anywhere. Nice solid frame strong rims. A really good all year round bike.

I've seen some shockers in Halfords for £100 more than this cost. It's hard to complain about anything for the price. The frame seems pretty good and everything else is budget stuff and nothing too extravagant. This is the failing of many low-end bikes, they try to have everything, Full-Sus ...

I like the GT Aggressor. It started well and carried on well, so I started upgrading on it and I put full Shimano Deor gears and shifters on it. I thought it handled this big stress and upgrade very well. I started to change padals and get a lot better and I put Avid brakes on it. When I put Roxshok ...

I have had my GT Aggressor 3 for about a year now, and have upgraded the wheels and put some disc brakes on, and will upgrade the forks soon aswell. It is a nice, solid feeling bike, however if you really want the performance of a £500 GT or Carrera you will need to upgrade (the wheels, forks ...

The GT Aggressor Mountain Bike is a great option for a limited budget, if you just want to trundle around a bit and want a new bike. Ideal for someone looking to get back into riding as a starting point. You wont cover any mean ground without knackering something, but it'll do most jobs happily.
