As a light user I make limited broadband demands but with my constant 'fiddling' with the several Windows versions on my PC I often get corruptions of data including mail and browser settings. When needed a very high level of courteous help has always been quickly available.

Waitrose Broadband www.waitrose.com is a delight. They are efficient and professional. They call you when they say they will. They deliver when they say they will.
I pay £18.99 per month. I would willingly pay a lot more for the fantastic service I have received.

Waitrose need to have a better dedicated website just for the internet. They offer reasonable broadband access, and the helpline is good, but you tend to need it initially, as instructions on getting connected are not clear. Navigating around the site is difficult, as it is hard to get into the syst ...

Waitrose broadband is nothing to write home about. It is fine for light users, beyond that go for an unlimited package.
