It has been fantastic to get an immediate reply from their Technical Support Team, when I had become used to waiting for ages (and spending a fortune on telephone calls while listening to Vivaldi) and being assured that all their advisers were busy etc, etc, by my previous ISP.
Full marks to Waitro ...

Waitrose Broadband are Consistently reliable.
Not the cheapest, but then you get what you pay for with www.waitrose.com.
I have no hesitation in recommending Waitrose as a broadband provider.

After having a terrible time with another provider, extending over a long period, I rang Waitrose with a view to changing to a name I trust.
They took all the tasks away; the communication was good before installation; being able to trust their service is so helpful.

I am very pleased with everything to do with Waitrose Broadband and I am surprised with one review that stated how poor their support is. Excellent service from ordering to installing.
No fixed contract.
Consistent high speed considering how far I am away from exchange.

Left Demon to save £6 per month I must have been puddled.
I can bet the all along the router has been the fault.
And you can bet I will have to pay for another one and the postage.
Used the internet when my modem cost me £600.00 well over ten years now with dos 3/1.
Feel loat ...

After a shaky start with connectivity, the technical support people arranged a visit from an engineer who sorted out our line problems. Since then the quality and service has been good. The technical support is free, courteous and helpful.
I recommend Waitrose broadband all round.

Overall a very good reliable service, which although costs a bit more than some other ISP's, is well worth paying for. Customer service is extremely good, and being able to use a "0800" number is really sensible. Highly recommended.

We had endless problems with our previous ISP (Orange) and decided to go with Waitrose for three reasons -
The company has a good reputation to maintain.
Profits from the broadband service are given to charity.
Calls to the service engineers are free.
We had a couple of small problems at the sta ...
