Has lost its way. As a member of the Bolton Gym I am appalled by lack of customer service /interface. I've only been a Total Fitness member for a short time, but the place makes me feel as if I'm on holiday when I'm there (a bit like going to Centre Parcs). The pools in particular are clean, warm, well staffed and the hydrotherapy pool, steam, sauna etc. are first class.
