Has lost its way. As a member of the Bolton Gym I am appalled by lack of customer service /interface. In the morning the same CD music is pumping out on instructions from head office, at high volumes whilst at the same time competing with the numerous TVs around the Gym. Very rarely do member see ...

I've only been a Total Fitness member for a short time, but the place makes me feel as if I'm on holiday when I'm there (a bit like going to Centre Parcs). The pools in particular are clean, warm, well staffed and the hydrotherapy pool, steam, sauna etc. are first class.
