Treats customers like dirt. Rips them off. charges extortionate interest rates. I have now closed my account and suggest that everyone else who an, does. Do not be ripped off.

The APR on my Marbles Credit Card has been increased month by month, and is now 33.6%. This is simply profiteering.

My interest rate on my Marbles credit card has gone up to 28.9% with no warning or explanation - I think that is enough said about this company!

There has been no contact info given by the new owners.Even hfc customer complaints had no contact phone no. They managed to get me an address off another credit card website.They advised me to take my case to ombudsman as they thought it was disgraceful.

My account with Marbles was transferred to Aviemore, the interest rate was raised from 16.9% to 23.9% at a stroke. Whoever owns them must be making a small fortune (again)

Always had excellent service, and got a really quick answer when I telephoned about moving to New Zealand. They gave me excellent advice and were really helpful. Absolutely terrible customer service at Marbles, they also have the cheek to put their 0870 number on for customer service when they have a free phone 0800 number. Another corporate with an overseas call centre which is a nightmare to contact and with the terrible web site which keeps crashing when ...

I intend to use the refunded money then cut the Marbles credit card up again. I think Marbles customer service leaves much to be desired, and the internet site is appalling.

In short, if they are still doing a good balance transfer deal and you do not require online access - take it. BUT take into account the potential issues with customer services.
