I am not happy with the Homecall Broadband service. The connection is slow, the connection drops out and I feel there is ZERO support or backup. Stay well clear

I signed a 18 month contract with Homecall, its been always slow, the customer service didn't want to help me, because they said my line hasn't got any problems. They also never send me any reports. Well, so bad so far. I've spoken with them so many times, but nothing happens, its always the same. I ...

This company are useless. If you are thinking of joining them don't. I have had almost a year of either no connection or very slow unstable connections. Technical support are great at running speed tests, asking how many phone sockets you have, your windows version, or blaming BT but nothing else.

I signed up with them in October 2006, receiving speeds of 5.5Mbps. About a month into the contract I started getting speeds as low as 33Kbps in the evenings, so I called what Homecall Broadband call "technical support". They changed my build on the server, and since that date I have never managed t ...

I have been with Homecall Broadband for about 18 months now, and I have to admit that their service is terrible. I have asked for my MAC code now 3 times, without any success.

This is the How Not To Do It of broadband provision. I had assumed that after Pipex acquired them, HomeCall would improve - but it hasn't happened. I run a PC supplier for small and medium-sized businesses, so I know a bit about broadband providers, installation, what's good and what's not.

    Two ...

If your looking for speeds of about 256kbps, then go with Pipex, forget about online gaming or downloading. If you like corporate distraction techniques, you'll love Pipex, they just keep on keeping on doing nothing while asking you to fill in pointless questionaires about your servers IP and wheth ...

But i am having no luck getting them to cancel & give me my migration code so i can change providers. I have read a lot of reviews but ...
