Save with parks ,no way old lady had money taken parks refused to refund until BBC pressured them, use parks to save for Xmas NO WAY. Just have standing order to save account.

“Rubbish ”

I’ve been with park a while and to be honest been pleased with what I ordered. I never have hampers because I think they are a waste of money, as always most expensive stuff and a lot of things we would never use, however I have always ordered the mastercards and found them really good, this year I thought I had ordered £700 on the mastercards, I received £375 on the mastercards and £325 on the love to shop. When I rang customer services I was told that an order had been put on for a combi, I have never ordered the love to shop because I don’t like them and they are not shops I would use. I know I did not order them. Customer services said they could not change it because I had spent some on the master card. And if they were able to change it they would charge me £40 to do it. However I could change it for an online MasterCard, one that I can spend anywhere only online but they would charge me 10%, there is another one (that don’t charge you) but can only spend it at limited online shops similar to that of love2shop. Or I could change it to an E voucher but again only limited range of shops similar to love2shop. Customer service said it would it would take 15 mins to receive an email to tell me the above, and if I wasn’t happy and if I disagreed then to ring them back (although it took me 20 minutes to get through to actually speak to someone initially) and then took half an hour for the email to come through. Tried to ring back and they were closed until Monday. Whichever way I do things I’m going to be losing money. I have attempted to look on the park App to see what I actually ordered but it only tells me the amount not the order. So absolutely disgusted, will never be using park again

“Lost Card”

Been a regular customer for Park over the past few years, Ordered the gift cards for JD sports Love2 Shop and Tesco vouchers. Lost my JD card with £100 on reported to Park through Customer Service team was told my card still had full balance on. Was told nothing could be done and I have to stand to it, the card could have been cancelled but would not receive a replacement feel deverstated after saving all year, Not wiiing to help at all never again. customer service was rubbish very disappointed

“DISAPPOINTED with Mastercards”

Went for the Prefilled Mastercards this year and im so sorry I bothered and to add insult to injury I was charge for the privilege (which I knew I would be). Four cards where gifts the rest for shopping, but after being embarrassed several times while I was shopping with my card and NOT being able to use it I had to rethink the others as I didn't my grandchildren being embarrassed. I ended up keeping the cards myself and giving cash instead. Would strongly advise not to choose these cards. I've opened a savings account instead. The vouchers are fine but I just wanted to be a little more flexible this year. Thankfully I use Iceland a lot and they have been used there.

“Ruined our christmas”

As four family members we made payments from February 2017, when our vouchers finally arrived mid November We was shocked to find had only been sent £641, we was expecting over £2000. Called customer service who said they had no idea why this had happened but all she could do was have a cheque sent out for £217 and have remaining vouchers sent but probably wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. Cheque arrived mid December but as of today, 8th Jan 2018, still no vouchers!! Thought saving with Park would ease the Christmas stress but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I would expect a better service from a long running company. It’s been a very stressful and disappointing experience, that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

“Disappointed with park this year ”

I had a terrible year my daughter she had to have 6 months of school due to illness,I missed two payments but mad little payments to catch up,when I received my vouchers to which I ordered cards they were sent in a huge bag with single £10 vouchers not in a booklet as you can imagine they were all over the place,when I phoned customer care line I was told because I missed two payments they sent me out the single vouchers because that’s what they do so they penalised me for missing payments,I have used park hamper for 20 years and never had a problem I’m so disgusted with them I will never use them again.

Ordered vouchers at the beginning of the year for delivery October. Due to illness - wasn't able to pay for my full order. Paid over £400 for vouchers but received nothing. Missed out on offers resulting in over £50. Am gutted. Where is my order

“Still waiting for my vouchers!”

Ordered £400 of Love 2 Shop vouchers. Made my last payment mid September after pay day to my agent. As vouchers hadn't arrived by the end of September my agent called park hampers to query date for delivery and was told anytime between 01 - 31 October. Not happy, I accepted this. End October came and went. More phone calls/emails later we were then advised there had been a delay and vouchers would now arrive anytime between 7th - 17th November! Today is the 17th November and still no vouchers. I am livid. I have missed out on all shop offers and sales. I will NEVER use Hampers again

I have gotten vouchers for 4 years running from park and they are fab stops you getting in debt for Christmas what more could you want I will carry on to buy vouchers as they are fab and work well for my kids Christmas presents I wouldn't change anything about the service at all

Avoid at all costs. Exorbitant prices for discount store products, poor delivery policy leading to some of my order being left at the home of someone I didn't know, and then a two month battle for meagre compensation for missing items. I was sent vouchers to "replace" the damaged and missing goods but can't spend them as nobody accepts them! A very expensive lesson to learn.

“Not worth what I paid”

Paid all year for a hamper to see us over Christmas being pensioners but what we got was polish chicken Brest not against it being polish but it was uneatable stringy and tasteless we bined it now we are cooking a pork joint that's falling to bits as we cook it. Sorry but won't be putting my money this way again.

“They're happy to take your money!”

Paid all year for several hampers, only received half my order so I'm now fighting to get the rest before Christmas. This is the third and definitely the last time I'll be using Park as each year there have been items missing, really dodgy fresh produce and poor packaging. This year has pushed me too far with missing items in the boxes I DID get, a burst packet which covered the contents with flour and three missing boxes which I'm informed is up to me to re-arrange, even though the original delivery was on my guaranteed day off! I couldn't get away with only doing half my job so why should they? Disgruntled, upset, and out of pocket.

“Gave them another chance... My mistake”

Not a very helpful company, you never seem to get anywhere with them. I used them before once and they told me my order would arrive on a certain date I took time off work that day and the next day... then the third day and finally it came.... no apologies or such thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, this year beforehand I brought up my past experience they assured me everything was running to plan. They didn't even know how to get in touch with the courier company they had used (Strangely the courier company must know which local courier they passed it on too) So yet again no order no explanations, no phone calls no help. Park if you are reading this you really need to put your customer service skills into practise, people pay out a lot of money so a decent phone call to check in on them would be appreciated. Also you should be able in someway to be able to track the order and keep the customer at ease. Sorry Park but I definitely won't be using you again!

“Can't use the gift cards”

Us and our daughter ordered £450 love2shop gift cards, went to spend the gift card at one of the advertised shops and found that we can't use the gift cards in there or in 50% of the stores advertised for love2shop vouchers. With the paper vouchers you can't get any change from them so if you spend £8 from a £10 voucher you loose £2 of the voucher with the love2shop cards you don't loose any money BUT you are so limited to where you can spend them and this was not made clear in the brochure. We are so disappointed as we had planned where to spend them now we have to totally rethink what to get for Christmas. We were offered paper vouchers with no apology or explanation from Park Hampers at all, I will never use Park Hampers again and i would advice everyone to not buy anything from them. We are opening an account just for Christmas and save for next Christmas that way.

What we ordered. 750 of vouchers. 250 each of Amazon, Asda and Love2shop. What we received. 450 love2shop, 200 Asda, 50 Amazon, 50 primary. Upon ring in the PARK "careline", Kath (who refused to give a surname as she is the only Kath working for Park), informed us we were wrong and they have never done the orders we asked for as you cannot get love2shop vouchers or cards in 250 denominations. Oddly we received a leaflet offering that amount. Park refuse to exchange any gift cards or vouchers and only offer cheque refunds. It is not lost on me that at no stage do the emails you receive confirm exactly what you ordered. I believe this enables park to chop and change people's orders as required. Terrible service.

“customer service stinks”

I rang customer services the 16-12-2015 to order a card i could bring to the post office and pay my paynents with it's now the 08-01-2026 i still haven't got it i rang this morning to see had it been sent the girl said it had i asked her could i pay her over the phone with my credit card she told me no i said to her if the card didn't come in the next few days i would ring back she told me no point she sounded like she couldn't have cared less if i got or not i don't know what i'm going to do if it dosen't come in the next few days

Very disappointed with park hampers .alot of retail shops have got notices up saying they no longer take high street vouchers .no forwarded information from park informing customers that some companies have withdrawn .

Has anyone had an account hacked? My vouchers about to be delivered and it won’t let me log in or reset password. It even let me set up a new account with my existing email so that’s been changed too.
